Damaged Utility Room
Ordered a washing machine and the initial delivery date needed to be changed (which wasn’t an issue) but the lads who delivered the washing machine damaged our new utility, I didn’t notice until after they left but there is a chunk taken out of our presses. On top of this the washing machine doesn’t seem to be working properly the water is freezing cold. I would not purchase from Harvey Norman again for this reason. Disappointed.

The experience I had was very good
The experience I had was very good. The delivery men were really very helpful and put the item of furniture where I wanted it. They took off all the packaging for me. I highly recommend them, they were the best.

Recently visited Harvey Norman in knocknacarra, Galway. Feeling very overwhelmed whilst browsing for furniture for a new home. I had visited many other stores for beds and kitchen furniture. Noelle in furniture and miriam in beds made my shopping experience simple and efficient. 2 wonderful, down to earth ladies. Understood my needs aswell as my budget. Very friendly and patient. Highly recommend noelle and miriam to anyone struggling to find good products in their price range. I'm really looking forward to receiving my products and to sleep in my new bed 😊

Great service
Delivery guys were great, staff in shop were great. Only down side, one of the couches is a slightly different colour to the other, despite both being the same material.... It's like one was left in sunlight. Happy with everything else though to be fair.

Had the worst experience with this…
Had the worst experience with this galway store and the I'm not quite sure why they have a manager over the store, I'm emotionally drained dealing with this store over furniture that should have been delivered and not getting any help from anyone in store. Please I advise second thinking when shopping here. I've never experienced anything so upsetting.

Easy peasy
Ordered a washing machine on a Thursday and it was delivered on the following Tuesday.
Delivery crew were on time and fitted the washing machine without issue.
From start to finish it was the perfect order and it's why we've shopping with Harvey Norman for the last 6 years.

Delivery service horrible.
I’m extremely disappointed with the delivery service from this company. My mum’s sofa was scheduled to be delivered on two separate occasions, and both times the delivery failed to happen. We rearranged our schedules and waited at home as instructed, but the sofa never arrived.
Now we are on the third scheduled delivery day, and the sofa still hasn’t been delivered. This has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, especially after making time to be available for the deliveries, we haven't heard from anyone as to why no sofa has come yet again.

At this point, we simply want the sofa delivered as promised and some accountability for the repeated inconvenience caused.

Click and collect.
Went in and queued up for a click and collect that was ready to collect very quickly after ordering. Staff was nice and explained anything I needed to sign. Offered a bag and was polite. Good experience all around.
