Despite putting in a delivery address and contact number for delivery on the order, I kept getting texts and calls re the delivery being delivered to the wrong address. Had to ring a couple of times to update and they still called me when delivering! Seems doesn’t matter if you put delivery address and contact details they just revert to billing details! Also didn’t deliver in the time window they said they would

I was brought a microwave and l am on 7 months pregnant, when I came to pick it up. Then I asked3staffs to help me they told me they are busy with something then standing in front of the computer. Because they said you have to wait who sold you it, let her help you. It is happened in Galway Harvey Norman.

Sales assistant was very helpful and knew his area well. Delivery was well within timeframe provided, and the guys were very efficient (assembly needed)

Mike Philbin was a truly experienced and consummate professional at installing the new fridge into a built-in kitchen which had held a slightly different fridge (from 2007!) He had to make some adjustments which weren’t easy, but stayed calm and figured things out with no fuss. A true delight to have a gentleman like him and Chris, his assistant, here to do the job.

Very professional job from Charles & Larry. Good communication, very friendly and got the job done quickly with no fuss. I’d recommend the lads to anyone, very happy customer.

I went into the LoveTeck section of the Knocknacarra store this morning. I needed my phone changed, media/contacts/etc.

The staff in the area were so capable, knowledgeable and understanding without being patronising of my oap, tech-phobic self.
The whole process took about an hour and was exactly what I needed.

Shopping experience is great, have a great staff which know the products. Other thing is when you pick delivery by courier, definitely will not use this option in the future.
Why? My parcel was damaged during their transport, yet dpd have a bloody chick to deliver it to me and ask do I accept it. Returned to sender and get refunded.
Other than that particular episode, you can find great deals in the shop.

Went to Galway store to collect product and had to wait 20 mins for the cashier to find someone to go to backroom and collect the order despite it being ready to collect form previous day!

I absolutely love my new headphones!
I met one advisor when looking at Apple Airpods who was extremely knowledgable, but when I looked at other versions, I was less impressed. I didn't feel confident in the information I was being given and felt I was being steered towards a more expensive brand. I decided to do my own research and landed upon the Sony WF-1000XM5 Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds, which I can 100% recommend.
I purchased online, but didn't receive my notification to pick up my order until I followed up on it 10 days later.

There was a confusion regarding online order purchase... Ordered for discounted price and after that got mail mentioning not in stock has to wait or can order another product for same price...
Happened before during black friday sale on a 1 TB ps5 slim version which i refunded the amount after waiting 1 week after the salea team cant assure when they can deliver proclduct..
This time i got the product 1 prurchased online after 1 week...

Our deliver driver (I can't remember his first name but his surname was Folan) was lovely, polite and super efficient. Only issue I had was with my order and the delivery date. I called the Galway store to check stock before I placed my order, I was told that it was in stock and that I should receive it on the 14th January so I placed my order. But then I got an email saying that my delivery was delayed by 3 weeks so I called the Galway store and was chatting to Dylan. He looked into it for me and apologised and said that no my fridge was there and would be delivered on the 14th January and it was.

Terrible service. Called into Galway shop to buy TV was told the model i wanted could be ordered online. I returned home before ordering and paying for the TV online. I received an email advising me to wait for a second email confirming the TV had arrived. The second email confirmed the product had arrived to there warehouse and was ready for collection, which is across the far side of town from the shop. I drove across town to the warehouse only to be told the TV had not arrived. A week then passed and i had heard nothing, I called into the shop today to see what was happening. I was told the second email was sent in error and that another email will be sent once the TV actually arrives. After returning home i received a call from Harvey Norman telling me they aren't getting this TV and will not be honoring the purchase. They then tried to up sell me TVs with much worse specs over the phone. Why would anyone decide to give more money for a worse product that they never ordered. Needless to say I requested a refund and will have to start my research for another product elsewhere. I will also need to return the TV mount i ordered on Amazon for the product Harvey Norman told me they were sending me. The whole process was a mess start to finish with no one responding to my emails forcing me to call into the shop. Wasted several trips across town, my time and my patience AVOID!!

Very fast delivery from placement date of order online to door delivery.

Customer service was brilliant , including online , i had a query and it was dealt within minutes
