Great experience!
I bought wall art online snd ordered click and collect. I found the staff to be so helpful and nice when I went to the Limerick store to collect my item. The wall art was even nicer in reality than on the website. It looks absolutely beautiful on the wall and was exactly what I was looking for. I was extremely impressed!

I was told to come back to the store to get help with an issue with the product I was sold (it wasn't working) and when I did I was told it would cost me ,€20 to get the assistance I was promised.
You guys admitted the issue I had was a common complaint but wanted to charge me a 40% service charge to fix an issue you admit was your problem

Ordered tv and mounting bracket online. Only the tv arrived. I left a review and was told the store would contact me. That never happened so I called the store and was told someone from the online team would call me, that never happened either.

Today I met the most helpful and understanding people in Harvey Norman store in Limerick.I was returning a bed in exchange for another king size bed.we were dealing with Megan (manager) and her team and they pulled out all the stops to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
