When I was in the Naas Harvey Norman store a few days ago, I was met by friendliness, impeccable manners and helpfulness. This all resulted in me having a very positive experience which will definitely bring me back to this shop in the future. This experience was down to a young attendant named Ben. His role in 'selling' the Harvey Norman experience was second to none and deserves a laudible applause and recognition. Thank you, Ben.

I dealt with Ken at Harvey Norman in Naas, he was extremely helpful regarding choice of beds and mattresses, very knowledgeable and organised everything for us without any fuss, would highly recommend both store and Ken.

Ronan and Adam from Blake Haulage, delivered my new TV. They rang in advance to give me a time of arrival and and they arrived at that time They were both friendly, helpful and professional. Well done Blake Haulage.

We bought a King Koil | Jubilee Motion Mattress | King | 5ft,6 weeks ago and we are absolutely broke up I’ve never experienced so much back pain in my life,I went back a week later and they told me to give it time to settle so I did I went back again a few time and they won’t exchange it as they don’t take mattresses back,so now we are left with a €1600 mattress that’s killing us..I’ve always bought from Harvey Norman’s Naas but I’m sorry the sales haven’t a clue about mattress it’s absolutely shocking service.

I’d highly advise anyone buying a mattress from them not to do so because if it doesn’t suit you, don’t get any help and they don’t take them back!!

Ben was especially helpful during my visit to the photo centre .
Handled all my queries professionally and sorted out some issues with photos in a very capable manner

Rang beforehand with timing, arrived on time, delivered and erected the bed very efficiently and were polite and friendly.

One issue is not removing packaging when machine was unpacked.

Zanna was brilliant with my partner and I today in Naas store.
We went in looking to purchase a mattress which is a difficult experience picking the right one.
Zanna was very helpful and informative about each style and brand of mattress.
We were not easy customers by any means but Zanna looked after us.

We had fantastic service from Ken when buying a bed and mattress. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with!

Lucas helped me with my washing machine selection. I didn’t know I would need a very specific size because it would be integrated into my kitchen units. He was patient and extremely helpful.

As the washing machine I choose wasn’t Samsung, Niall then took over to answer further questions and handle my purchase.

I bought a TV from Harvey Norman a year ago and came back for my new washing machine because of the excellent customer service. I was impressed again today, as usual!

I had an excellent customer service experience recently with Bhavna in Naas Harvey Norman. I was selecting a new laptop and I went back on two separate occasions when I met Bhavna who was patient in answering all of my questions. His knowledge about laptops was vast and he answered every single one of my questions (and there were many!). Couldn't recommend Bhavna any more highly, it was a great service experience, Kate S.

Harvey Norman Naas staff handled the delivery of our new mattress and collection of our old one very professionally. We got plenty of notice in advance and the delivery arrived on time in the good-looking Harvey Norman van. The delivery guys were amazing, really helpful and very careful around furniture and doors.
