Great installation service
Had a new dishwasher delivered and installed by Daniel and James. The installation was smooth and both the installers were friendly, efficient, and clean . They took time to explain the working of the dishwasher and warranty. They checked if I was happy with the installation before leaving. Great service

Well the person at the checkout I showed him the email and the credit card o purchased the phone on he would not give it to me, until he saw proof of id. So I had to do a video call to my wife to get this. I felt like a criminal. Why would I purchase anything again from Harvey Norman. So I was not happy and demand an apology. Yes I have spent a lot of money with tvs all this in the house.

Very happy with my new TV. Click n collect is a great idea, however on the day I had to ring store as was 15 mins waiting at collection point, having emailed to say I was outside. But very pleasant staff as always looked after me.

I had difficulty setting up the health…
I had difficulty setting up the health watch ide purchased online so I called into the Airside store to look for help. The cashiers were friendly, curtious and immediately transferred me to their in-store help desk. Again a friendly and curtious staff member worked his way through the process of pairing my new watch with my phone. It was not straight forward, there is no way myself or my husband could have negotiated the process. Thank you for your kindness, patience and help. The cashiers and help desk were exemplary. Thank you one and all.

Good advice at the store from sales person. Very good delivery service and took recycle box away. Also they spotted a small leak while washing machine being plumbed in. Just helpful and a smooth service from store to door

Daniel and Declan went above and beyond with a tricky integrated dishwasher installation.
They went to great effort to make sure the appliance was installed perfectly and also evicted an unwanted visitor from under the sink (RIP mini mouse).
Two lovely guys, very professional and friendly.

I asked for an invoice with my company…
I asked for an invoice with my company name and vat amount and HarveyNorman couldn't provide me one. They shared 2 invoices with me, one had my company name and the other had the vat amount but I wanted one invoice to have both the information.
Update: After posting this review, the store called me and sorted out the invoice issue. Therefore, I am updating the review to 5 stars now.
