Great service
Very quick transaction Richard very helpful, delivery day got changed without telling me but the delivery customer service were very good, delivery guys were great and so helpful. Simon from customer service went above and beyond a super guy. So all in all it was great .

Excellent service from HN
Gave a 2 hour window for delivery, came in that time frame. The two lads assembled the bed in about 15 minutes and left the room spotless, took all the packaging away with them. Very positive experience.

The delivery man rang gave me timeframe…
The delivery man rang gave me timeframe delivery and was well within that hour. This was despite the recent goings on re fuel disruptions etc. the packages were also brought upstairs for me which was a massive help. Both men were courteous as well in their manner.

I was really impressed with the 2 guys…
I was really impressed with the 2 guys who delivered and assembled my table and chairs. They let my little boy help them and gave him and his brother 5e each as it was my little lads birthday. They were so nice and helpful. I highly recommend them both...absolute gentlemen.

Zero stars for customer service
Bought a washing machine back in August, called Harvey Norman in swords 9 days ago (Friday) to log the repair as machine stopped working, said I would hear within a few days, I didn’t so I called LG last Thursday (6 days after I called HN), they had no record of repair, called HN who said the team member who took my call on the Friday was probably “very busy & forgot”, asked to speak to manager which was denied, said they would put urgent call to Lg & we would hear back, we didn’t, went into HN on Saturday (8 days after firstly logging the repair), spoke to a manager who said he would “get someone to call Lg & I would hear back Monday or Tuesday”, I expressed that the lack of customer care & the time frame given was extremely poor, this didn’t bother him, today (Sunday) 9 days on, I get a phone call in the late afternoon to say they had taken down the serial number wrong & LG don’t have any record of repair, can I give it to them again (4th time), I was driving & obviously couldn’t so tomorrow will be day 10 of not even reporting the fault to be fixed, an absolute joke to say the least. Zero stars for customer care, at this stage I want a refund & not to deal with them again!

We had the lovely Evan and Ryan deliver our sofa. They were extremely nice and efficient. Phone call ahead of time to advise when they would be with us. Really nice lads to deal with.

Shopping online was so easy
Shopping online was so easy, clicked and collected, staff member was so helpful and friendly, called me to let me know that there is a 5 year warranty with the TV I purchased, brought the TV out to my car for me and the whole experience for five stars!!! Mt only regret is that I didn't get the staff member's name so he could get the recognition he deserves!!
