Ordered online, order picked quickly, and hassle free pick up
I ordered online - saw where the items I wanted were available. Within an hour I got an email saying they were ready for collection, and there was no delay getting them when I went to the store.

Ordered an item over 5 weeks ago now, hasnt been any contact from Harvey norman side, every time i ring takes them ages to even find my order from my number, then fobbed off with lies as last time i rang was 2 weeks ago and said they should of had it ordered to them 2 days later to be sent out to me, still not the case, as such a well known company, the lack of communication and professionalism is a joke!!

Exceptional service from both delivery…
Exceptional service from both delivery men. My American F/F was first on the delivery list for 9am. When the truck was opened my item had been placed first into the truck instead of last and both men unloaded multiple heavy items , washing machines, dishwashers, driers etc in order to access my purchase and they were delayed by almost an hour again reloading the other items. The driver said he had 19 drops to do that Saturday and he was not able to return in the evening. I was very surprised as it was not his fault the truck was packed incorrectly and it was not his responsibility to unload and reload everything. Anyone else would have said, sorry we cannot deliver today and would drive off. I was very surprised and very appreciative. Thank you HN

Excellent service, driver phoned in advance with estimated time and arrived on time. Very courteous. Two men took away old appliance paying attention to access in and out of the house , and delivered new appliance to where it needed to be . Very friendly and pleasant deal with .

I’m extremely disappointed with the…
I’m extremely disappointed with the delivery process. At first the wrong machine was delivered, had to wait further 2 days and on the top of this my wooden floor was scratched. I mentioned to delivery guys -please be careful as it is new floor- while they literally pushing the machine on the floor from the hallway to the utility room. The base was wooden pallet and unfortunately the damage has been done.
