It was easy to to pick out the tv I…
It was easy to to pick out the tv I wanted on the website and to make the purchase.
Next day I needed to change the delivery address so I emailed them and the girl phoned me back with in a few hours to say she had change the address it was so easy, my tv was delivered two days later, very happy.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Gavin
I was printing photos from my phone (which is old and I'm not a techy), in the Waterford store today, and the assistant who helped me was Gavin. He was one of the most helpful and patient retail store staff I have ever met. He also was helping at least 2 other customers at the same time. He is an asset to Harvey Norman or any employer, customer service is not dead.

I have been in the store twice in the last few weeks. Firstly with the Phone/laptop help desk. I met a lovely chap there called Marv and he couldn't have been more helpful and patient with all I asked him to do in relation to issues i had with the laptop and phone. That same day, I met a man called Vino and he was so helpful to me when I was looking for a particular item.
Today I went again to Harvey Norman to buy a new laptop and printer. I met Vino again. He was such a gentleman and so nice to deal with. He explained everything to me in lay man's terms.
It is just so lovely to meet nice pleasant, helpful staff when shopping.
Well done Vino and.Marv.
I highly recommend Harvey Norman to friends and family because of the great service experienced.

Delivery drivers excellent
Easy online order, I paid for both delivery and removal of 2 sofas. A member of team rang me to say that the reomoval of sofa's is per seat not per item, however I was able to direct her to the FAQ's on their own website to where they have answered another customer and confirmed it's per item so definitely something to watch out for. Delivery service guys excellent, two of them, they are the reason for my 5 star review!
