The guys that delivered my couches were…
The guys that delivered my couches were very friendly and professional. They kept in contact with me the whole way and arrived on time. They put together my couch in a timely fashion and took all the rubbish. They were super nice and friendly. I wish all delivery guys were like them. They are fine representatives of Harvey Norman. I will buy more things at Harvey Norman. Very well done lads! I can’t remember the exact date they were here so I’ll estimate. Sometime in March i believe. But I live in Tramore Waterford.

Bought 3 +1 electric sofa from HARVEY…
Bought 3 +1 electric sofa from HARVEY NORMAN WATERFORD, with USB port for phone charging in Nov 2025. Delievered in Dec 2025 and complaint made that none of the USB is working. Took them 4 months to send an " engineer" to fix it, who fixed the usb but connect forward botton to close the sofa and backward botton to extend. " reversed wiring" as they called it. Then it took them another 6 weeks to replace the sofa and again USB not working on new one. Called manager again and he said " refund" or replace in June 2026. The price of same style sofa is not the same. So basically Harvey Norman Waterford is selling cheap sofa damaged products under " OFFER", and then force the clients to take refund and then to buy expensive products later when sale is over. Unprofessional service from them
