The shipment was then collected by the courier and entered the transit process later that day. From October 23rd through October 28th, the courier attempted delivery multiple times, but each attempt resulted in failure due to the following issues:
1. Incorrect Address Provided: The address entered at checkout did not allow for a successful delivery. Couriers require accurate address information to ensure smooth delivery, and our team made every effort to address this issue after it was identified.
2. Unable to Reach You: The courier attempted to contact you by phone each day before attempting delivery, as further address confirmation was necessary. However, they were unable to reach you on the contact number provided. They tried repeatedly to establish communication to arrange for delivery and clarify the address, but no response was received.
3. Efforts to Resolve: Recognizing the importance of completing your delivery, we proactively communicated with the courier to resolve these issues. Our team provided you with the contact number for the courier’s route manager so you could arrange the delivery directly. Unfortunately, no response or follow-up was made to this outreach, limiting the courier’s ability to fulfill the delivery.
Per the courier’s policy, they attempted delivery three times and, when unable to obtain the necessary information, were obligated to return the shipment to us. We processed your refund promptly on the same day we received the returned package, respecting your request for resolution.
In conclusion, successful delivery is highly dependent on accurate address information and the ability to confirm any outstanding details. Without these, no courier would be able to deliver your package reliably. We are committed to providing efficient service, but customer cooperation with contact information and address accuracy is essential to achieve this.
