We shopped around the whole of Hatton gardens for a specific diamond ring. Many of the other shops were unhelpful and not willing to help get us what we required. We came across Harmony Jewles towards the end of our search. What a find! As a we did not have to go anywhere else. I can not thank the team enough for their help and ideas through the whole process. In particular Colin was amazing. The most helpful individual I had come across in Hatton Gardens. He is an absolute asset to the business and goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are happy. He helped chose the perfect diamond, and create the perfect band. I think it’s important to go through all these steps and some of the stores just don’t do that. Very great people and do go see Colin for a ring as you probably won’t find a better service anywhere!

Couldn’t have been more helpful. No pressure just good advice and friendly service. I was absolutely delighted. I got a stunning diamond solitaire ring at a a superb price. I recommend this jewellers without hesitation. A great all round experience, nothing was too much trouble, even taking the stone from one ring to a ring mount that I preferred. Great service. Great price. Couldn’t be happier.

Amazing personalised service through every step of the way

After a long day trying to find the right ring and going to different jewellers in Hatton garden, I went into harmony hoping that they would actually listen and understand as to what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay... and they did!!
Mitchell was great and knew exactly what I was looking for and did not try to offer me a ring that was out of my budget or a style that I didn’t want! He gave me a great price and a fantastic ring!! My fiancée is over the moon with her ring. Thanks very much defo go to harmony jewels

We went to Hatton Garden looking for ideas for an engagement ring for my fiancée. Overall what we saw were all very traditional and we really wanted something unusual and out of the ordinary. We were just about to leave when we came across Dynasty Jewels and immediately on speaking to Kate she understood what we wanted and was on our wavelength. She bought out some of her own jewellery to give us some ideas and eventually we agreed on a design. Throughout the process Kate was really communicative, she sent us CAD designs for the ring and we agreed on a design and price. Within 3 weeks she had sourced us a rough diamond as per our request and the ring had been made and was ready to be picked up.
We were blown away!!! They have made a stunning piece that is completely original, a real one off. We are absolutely delighted by the end result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dynasty Jewels.

We took an engagement ring to be resized to Harmony Jewellers, which they did the same day. The service we received was excellent, from start to finish, very professional, very thorough and great value for money. Richard, the person we dealt with, went out of his way to help, didn't get sick of us pestering him (well didn't show it anyway!) and explained other aspects of the services they offer. Harmony will definitely now be our first port of call for anything jewellery related.

Amazing service. We handed over a precious piece of jewellery with a brief to remodel it. It is beautiful, sparkling and fits perfectly. The customer service was outstanding. We could not have asked for more.

A very friendly sales person , professional and did not pressurise is at all . We went in a number of shops in Hatton Garden , but have to say none compared with the knowledge and level of service that we received . Would definitely recommend to a friend !!!!!

Magnificent service only bettered by the ring itself. The diamond that I wanted was had to find but they managed to source the diamond for me when other businesses and shops in hatton garden simply didn't have the contacts.
