My Sister and I visited Hatton Garden Diamond recently and spent some time talking with Stephen regarding our mother's gold jewellery which we were looking to sell in order to purchase matching jewellery more to our taste.
We both felt very comfortable with Stephen and felt that we were in safe hands.
Could not fault the service given and would recommend him and the team at the store.

I came across Hatton Garden Diamond/Regency via a recommendation from a friend and I couldn't be more thankful. Shopping for engagement rings/diamonds when you have no clue what you are doing is a very stressful process but after one meeting with the team, I felt like an expert. They guided me through everything including the 4 C's ;-) and my (now) wife was over the moon with the ring. They are friendly and offer a great service including regular cleaning and I felt like I was always in safe hands. They kept to my budget, went above and beyond to help me make the decision, showed me all the different options and never tried to sell me stuff or push their agenda. Wonderful people and I have since recommended them to multiple friends. If I could give more than 5* I would! If you want to buy something special and do it without stress, pay these guys a visit!!!! Stephen was a delight to work with compared to other jewellers in the area. The whole experience was very enjoyable and I found the perfect engagement ring at a fair price. The sales was not pushy and I was able to find exactly what i wanted (and a little bit more..!) I will definitely recommend others to go here in the future.

My partner and I went to view engagement rings and were very impressed with the service. Mitchell picked out a ring that perfectly matched what we wanted.

We had two diamond rings to either trade or have remade into one. Stephen gave us prices for both options and we decided to go with a trade in for a beautiful Lucinda trilogy ring. He listened to us and gave honest advice and a very fair trade in for the two rings. We felt totally at ease in the shop and the staff were so attentive without being pushy. We were especially lucky as we hadn’t booked and they were so welcoming. Highly recommended!

A year ago Mitchel and the team were very helpful and helped me to find a perfect engagement ring. I love it! I don't grow tired of looking at it! Recently Mitchel's dad helped me to chose yet again the perfect wedding rings. My one perfectly compliments my engagement ring and my husbands ring also fits perfectly and looks great. For our budget we have found rings even more beautiful than what we anticipated purchasing and actually for a better price than their worth. The team in this family business really go out of their way to give people a perfect experience and have their customers walk away entirely satisfied with their special rings for life. They also polished up my engagement ring along with the wedding rings before I took them with me. Would go back for future jewellery and would 100% recommend to my family and friends.

This is our second time visiting Regency in Hatton Garden. The first time we bought an eternity ring from Gemma and were exceptionally delighted with it. Then more recently I have been communicating with Mitchell over Whatsapp (we live 4 and a half hours away) regarding some earrings. Nothing was too much trouble, videos sent to me etc. When we visited the shop again last Saturday we were served by Steven who really has gone the extra mile to make our experience yet again amazing. We bought a beautiful pair of diamond stud earrings and have also viewed and discussed our next purchase of a tennis bracelet which we will go back next year for.
We also had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with Stephen Perry the owner of the store who was lovely.
10 out 10 guys - we would 110% recommend anyone to visit them for any type of jewelry, even bespoke made pieces, you will not be disappointed

I was looking for a eternity ring Mitchel was very helpful as we were doing this by text message a pictures being sent through to me then I changed my mind and decided I was going to go for a necklace bearing in mind I wanted something lovely for my 25th wedding anniversary and wow it was just that it was a absolutely lovely experience and next time I will certainly visit him in person
