We researched on line and were looking for a jewellers in Hatton Garden without the ‘hard sell’ pressure. We received a very warm welcome. We told Stephen our budget and he worked around our budget and we bought a ring which has the wow factor and are so pleased with it. Stephen was very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease and explained the differences with clarity and grade of diamonds. Overall what we found was a very easy going and friendly no pressure experience which exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning.

There aren't enough words or thanks that can explain how happy we are and just how incredible Hatton Garden Diamond have been in designing the most perfect ring. Prior to getting engaged I gave my boyfriend some photos of the kind of ring that I liked and they took that brief and design and turned it into something I could never have dreamt of. My ring is beyond perfect, the design, the colour, cut and clarity is everything I could have ever wished for and more. I can't thank them enough for helping my Fiancé design my dream ring and guiding him on something he didn't know too much about. He really did his research after meeting them originally with the diamonds and there wasn't a diamond in Hatton Garden that compared. We can't wait to go back to get our wedding bands.

I did a bit of research on these guys before I booked an appointment along with a few other jewellers around Hatton Garden. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome and help was at hand from Anastasia. I didn’t have to go to the other appointments I made with the other jewellers as there was no point. From the get go Anastasia broke down what could of been a very difficult decision to a very simple decision. I thought it would be a nightmare trying to pick an engagement ring, turned out to be a walk in the park all thanks to Anastasia! Nothing was to much. I was also on a tight deadline but it was ready within a week, with no issues or problems! Will deffo be going back! Thank you guys.

I took my ring in to be cleaned and serviced, I wear it everyday and it was long overdue - I can’t believe it’s the same ring! Purchased a ring for my mother’s 60th birthday and it was absolutely stunning and got a great deal on it too. Chris was fantastic not only in his friendly and professional approach but also in his perseverance in trying to source exactly what we were looking for. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mitch from the very beginning of the process of finding the perfect diamond ring for my fiancée. Like many others, I went in with minimal knowledge about diamond rings, the 4 C’s etc. and Mitch kindly broke down every single aspect that was required and made it sound extremely simple.

The experience was genuinely amazing, we kept in touch consistently as I kept pestering Mitch with questions, of which he always answered open and honestly.

His knowledge and character made it a really comfortable journey throughout and, most importantly, the diamond ring came out perfectly. Couldn’t recommend Regency Jewels and Mitch enough, especially during a global pandemic whereby you come across a lot of pushy, online diamond specialists.

Mitchell helped me and my wife pick our wedding bands and he was amazing from the start he was very knowledgeable and such a genuine down to earth guy. When we got there he pulled out loads of different styles of bands and diamonds and asked what we wanted. Once me and my wife had chosen what he wanted Mitchell got straight on it and had them getting made for us. We had them back all hand made within a month. I wasn’t expecting it to be that quick. But the craftsman ship that has gone into both rings is absolutely amazing. From the setting of the stones to the engraving on the inside and the price was unbeatable. I got quoted £500 less for just my ring than what Mitchell had charged me for both mine and wife’s.
I couldn’t of asked for anyone better to make our rings and I’d recommend Mitchell to anyone who ever wanted any wedding ring made or any jewellery full stop. I will always return to Mitchell for any jewellery in future. Absolutely amazing.

I asked Stephen to alter an old family ring to be used as an engagement ring. He did an excellent job and I was very happy with the end product. The job was done in good time and for a price I was happy with. Excellent service and couldn’t be happier with the ring.
