Have had my claddagh ring for over 10 years and in that time it had bent out of shape and lost its shine. Gave it to Laz for a spruce and he did a perfect job of restoring it back to how it was when it was brand new. So happy with it!

I wanted to surprise my wife with a beautiful ring. Meeting Laz was an amazing experience, he talked me through everything, explaining every detail of the process, putting my mind at ease. His patience and knowledge are amazing. The ring was delivered at the agreed time, and the wife was blown away by the perfect craftsmanship. Over the years, Laz has become the only jeweller I would ever go to in Hatton Garden, (or anywhere else in the world!) He has produced some beautiful pieces for us. The Kunzite and diamond ring he made for her twenty years ago, has stood the test of time, it looks as good today as it was when first made. Laz's customer service was absolutely phenomenal. He spent a lot of time with me and my fiancée to pick out the perfect diamond and setting.

Laz worked with us to reset the diamond from my engagement ring into a new design which we are absolutely over the moon with. Laz’s knowledge and experience are invaluable and we definitely got the best deal. The new ring was made in house and we were kept updated on the process throughout. I used Laz in Hatton gardens for my engagement ring and wedding bands. The service he gave was next to none. Using his knowledge to explain the difference in diamonds to the bands needed everything was excellent and helped me pick my bespoke designs. Everything was made to the highest standard and all done in house. He also kept me updated the whole time about what was happening. I could not recommend Laz enough.

An absolutely incredible experience. Knowing my (now thankfully) fiance, I didn't want to just go to a shop and buy an off the shelf ring. I had a specific idea in mind, and didn't want to settle for less.
After some recommendations, and reading reviews, I came to the HGJ team with some ideas and image examples.
From that point onwards I was provided with above and beyond service from Laz, and the whole team, that made the ring a reality.
During the design phase, I was given professional advice and clear explanation of options throughout.
Then it came to making the design a reality. The effort that team went to aqcuiring the unique central stone (too long a story to get into) showed a dedication and love of their work which is seldom seen.
The finished article exceeded my expectations.
In summary, I will always go to Laz and HGJ for any work in the future, and would recommend to my friends and family without hesitation.

Wow, what can I say. Meeting Laz (lovely guy)he filled me with confidence, he guided us through each stage of the design, why some mounts work with certain diamonds with an explanation why he recomended a certain way to design the ring. Once the design was agreed he then actually made it in house (I mean by hand) by his craftsmen in his workshop, something I'd guess not many of us will ever get to see, from a concept to reality, an amazing experience, honest and the best price we got quoted

Couldn’t be happier, Laz was super passionate about helping me and guiding me through all different styles I could choose, I came in to the workshop which is super smart and Laz walked me through different examples. I would 10000% recommend to anyone looking to propose. My fiancé said yes to top it off. Thank you for all your help.

Very easy and good quality ring , and customer service is excellent

Vincent was brilliant. He made both the rings I wanted, kept me updated with photos of work in progress and they were delivered securely and quickly. He was knowledgeable, patient and I would thoroughly recommend him and his beautiful jewellery; future heirlooms have been carefully made and the rings are absolutely stunning. I would not use anyone else.

Vincent made the whole process from making an appointment to selecting the gem, ring type and then size adjustment easy to arrange. He explained the process, different gem types and has good knowledge and experience. I was able to select the exact gem to be used and they complete the work in house. That's important to me as I know the work will be of good quality, with friendly, experienced and helpful staff. The ring turned out more beautiful than I imagined. I am really pleased with the end product, my new fiance loves it too. I wanted something a little different and I am grateful for Vincent's advice around the perfect ring. I'll definitely be returning for the wedding bands.

Fast track service, from the purchasing to the delivery!

Vincent was excellent throughout the process, providing all the insight I needed to create a lovely ring, which my other half loved.

I’d like to thank Vincent for being patient helpful and as friendly as possible throughout the entire process. I wanted an engagement ring and had a good idea what I wanted but needed some help choosing a diamond. Vincent went through everything I needed to know and then sourced the diamond. When I saw the finished product I was so happy and more importantly, my now fiancé, is blown away with it. I have had to go back twice to get it resized and it has not been a problem for Vincent and his team. I will be recommending Vincent to anyone who asks.

Had a really good experience purchasing my wedding band. Vincent was very patient whilst I spent around 30 minutes trying to decide between gold and platinum.

Also by far the best value I saw at Hatton Garden.
