As soon as I took a step in the Laz’s office I knew I was with a safe pair of hands. Buying an engagement ring is something that (hopefully!) I will only do once in my life, and was definitely something I needed. Lot of assistance and guidance with.

Laz took me through the full range of options, sourcing multiple stones for me to review and assess and guiding me through the various price points and options. Laz’s experience was vital and very helpful for a complete novice. Laz routinely guided me through options that were less expensive but that he and I thought looked much better for what I was after.

After a few consultations to get the ring in order Laz’s team made it in had in the workshop on the same site and in view of the office.

I can tell that a great deal of love and care went into crafting my ring and don’t doubt that this would be the case for anyone else. The ring looked AMAZING! I was so happy with it.

The ring was turned around quickly and laz kept me updated throughout the process which was super useful.

I initially went to Laz at HGJ as I was attracted to the workshop on site. This is definitely a major plus compared to other sites in the same area I visited. But the intangible value Laz and his team addded to my journey was truly process. You want to have full confidence in the team guiding you on a process such as buying an engagement ring - and with Laz I knew he only had my best interest at heart - including the good value and transparent pricing importantly!

I would 1000% recommend Laz and the Hatton Garden Jewellers to anyone else who finds themself in my position and wouldn’t even consider anyone else.

I was recommended to HGJ by my twin brother who'd had excellent service from them before in the making of his wife's engagement ring and their wedding bands.

Laz helped me design the perfect ring for my partner. He was able to discuss various styles with me and gave me advice on some ideas that I had. His experience in ring making and design really shone through. And he wasn't at all pushy.

In the end we designed the perfect ring. Laz kept me updated regarding the progress of the ring throughout.

And when I saw the ring ... WOW ... it looked incredible, even better than I'd imagined! And at a very good price - it even came under-budget!

From the first time we met him, Laz and his team blew everyone else we’d met before out of the water. The man is a specialist, has a real passion for diamonds, he took his time with us more than anyone else. Every question/idea we had (and we had many!) he answered with very honest positives and negatives, and pointed out things we hadn’t thought of, to help us get to the perfect rings - you can tell he’s been in the industry for decades. Other jewellers in Hatton Garden had good salespeople with fancy shop fronts but when you speak to Laz and his team, you’re talking to the specialists that will actually be creating your jewellery, and our rings are so beautiful and bespoke! I sketched a unique three-stone design, and the team brought it to life beautifully. They also created two sets of matching flower-shaped stud earrings from the remaining stones. My husband purchased my engagement ring from Laz and it was absolutely stunning – everything about it was perfect. Laz helped him design the ring exactly how he envisioned it, and the result was beyond beautiful.

Later, we returned to Laz for our wedding bands, and again, he guided us through the process, recommending the best options to complement my engagement ring. His attention to detail and honest advice made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Most recently, Laz cleaned my engagement ring and repaired a very sentimental piece – my late sister’s ring. He replaced the stones and brought it back to life in the most beautiful way. It meant so much to me, and the work was done with such care.

We have used Laz and the guys at Hatton Garden jeweller for years, we had our engagement ring, wedding rings and a stunning diamond Tennis bracelet made by HGJ. We always received a top quality service that is second to none. We recently visited again to have some size adjustments done to our rings, along with some repairs done on our jewellery. They were as ever, super helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Laz was really helpful in helping us choose an engagement ring and our wedding rings, listening to what we wanted and showing us all the options. Great little place to go for personal service. We were very happy with the results and thought it was very fairly priced.

21st Birthday Statement Ring was the agenda and they certainly delivered. I booked an appointment and Laz spent time explaining about Diamonds, colours of stones, metals and designs. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and we left with the perfect idea. I left the team to it and was kept in the loop through the whole process. I collected it at the end of Feb and it is Stunning!! Great job !!

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had regarding jewellery I’ve ever had. My first purchase was a custom engagement ring. Before this - I had no knowledge of anything jewellery or gem. After browsing several shops and websites I quickly got bored and defensive with the pushy sales techniques and poor service. laz was recommended by a friend and after our first meeting i felt both respected as the customer but also informed on what exactly I was buying. The service was so good that i went back for my wedding rings and recommended several friends in similar positions who had a similarly fantastic experience. 10/10

Went to Laz as my first appointment and had a really enjoyable experience. Very personable, took the time to explain everything I needed to know about diamonds and engagement rings. All felt very comfortable which made for a good experience whilst buying something so important. Knew his stuff, delivered on time and really can't fault at all.
