AVOID! COMPLETE SCAM. It's impossible to get in touch with them. When we finally managed to speak with Haulable, they told us our goods were stored in their warehouse at £60 per day. They said they couldn’t release them for another two weeks, forcing us to keep paying, even though we requested immediate delivery. They claimed it was out of their hands, but it turns out their parent company owns the warehouse. It was clear they were just trying to rack up fines for us to pay. We ended up with an additional £750 fee. The delivery was delayed by over a month, and by the time all the hidden fees were added, the cost tripled. Very disappointing!

THEY DON'T ring you back when they say they will- tracking info incorrect- turned up at 6pm to collect no message to say they were running late- tried to deliver a day early according to tracking- said delivered a day late when it wasn't. Booked a collection for next day delivery, no one arrived to collect. Leaving on a family holiday wanted to send a pallet of goods. Have to take now a man and van which costs us 4 times the price.
Pallet should have been delivered a week ago. Still no delivery. Booked through National Pallets. Only way to contact them is via email. Continually fobbed off with the item being out for delivery.

Booked two pallets through Palletways to be collected by Haulable, waited all day tried to contact online(no phone number) no reply contacted palletways just said upto 17.30 collection still not picked up and palletways shut till tomorrow. got customers waiting for goods.
Terrible service from both companies
Pretty poor service to be honest. They lost one of my two pallets for over a week and couldn't find it. They then told me they had lost the other one - only for the customer to tell me directly it had already been delivered. The first and important one then just turned up, out of the blue at the delivery address unannounced.
They were just very confused and didn't seem to know what was going on.
No shortage of stress at my end - trying to explain to a customer that a pallet I had sent had disappeared and I & Haulable .... had no idea where it was! Very poor.
Booked Through National Pallets website as came up with the best price. Hadn't used them before but absolutely no hesitation using them again. Collected on time and delivered on time couldn't ask for anymore.
Used their air freight services to USA. Absolutely impeccable service and well priced.

Great service and the best price I have found
I booked for 2 pallets to be collected from my business. The followings are my tracking codes: GB3220675057 / GB6220686683.
Haulable collected the pallets on 17/07/2023 and they were supposed to be delivered to my customers the following day (on 18/07/2023). To date, none of the pallets has been delivered and Haulable is not even able to give me any information about my items. This leaves me dealing with my customers who phone me every hour to request the cancellation of their orders (the 2 pallets).
If Haulable cannot deliver, they should at least return the shipments to me. But I keep contacting them and they keep telling me they do not know where the parcels are. The tracking numbers do not show anything.
HAULABLE IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM AS THEY WILL JUST RUIN YOUR BUSINESS
