This is my second time using them. This service was top tier the first time. Second time now was the same. This time Annie helped me and from questions to order to receiving goods is such a positive experience. Last time it was Connie and was the same. I have absolutely no reservation in recommending Haultron Energy for their solar hardware and installation services.
From the initial interaction with Connie Du Toit, to shaking hands with their highly skilled installation team, the experience was world-class, customer centric and professional. Connie is so efficient, and customer -centric. Connie kept me in the loop all the way and even after hours when I least expected information.
You know when the installation team wipe their feet before entering your house that everything is rooted in respect and professionalism. Our installer , Quinton , is so world-class - a gentlemen and scholar. His extended team were efficient and highly pedantic about their workmanship. Post-installation support was also amazing. Getting used to a solar setup takes some time in terms of correct configuration ect based on day -to-day running. Quinton was always responsive and patient with all my questions.

Haultron, what a company, trustworthy people, goods being delivered with no damages to the panels and or inverter, battery, had a slight glitches with my add ons, but nothing major, was sorted pronto, over impressed with the system, other installers afraid of luxpower inverters, but these guys know their story, installed in one day, panels started working the same day, the next day was a dream. I would definitely recommend them for you solar, back up, etc installations.
