This company really do need investigating by Trading Standards. It is a disgrace that so many people have suffered the same fate as myself and been scammed. I stand to lose £93 and have 3 shirts that will end up in a charity shop or worse. Yes, it serves me right for not checking Trustpilot , but it really comes to something that we need to do that before buying online.

Wong colour, wrong design, wrong size. How is it possible to get it so wrong? Slick website, shite products.

I ordered 2 shirts and a pair of shorts. Then I read the reviews and was worried.
They took 2 weeks to arrive but the tracking system was accurate. The clothes were well packed in the outer bag but had become creased in transit which gave a poor first impression.
On inspection the garments were reasonable quality for the price and were as shown on their website.
Overall I wasn’t disappointed. That they were from China rather than the UK or Europe wasn’t a concern; a lot of other stuff I buy comes from China.

The Haven Birmingham advert popped up while scrolling through facebook showing a very smart looking cotton polo shirt in various colours.
I ordered two for my holiday and after a few days i checked my tracking number as there were no sign of them.
This was when i realised they were not in Birmingham as advertised but China.
Looked on Trustpilot immediately and seen all the Horror Reviews on this company Scamming everyone.
I emailed company straight away to cancel my order but they refused, i then contacted paypal and opened a dispute.
When i returned from holidays my parcel from them had arrived and as everyone else has said on here it was absolutely nothing like what i had ordered.
They were cheap and very poor quality 96% polyester and covered in white blotches all over the shirts.
When i emailed them to complain they had the audacity to say the shirts were what i ordered but due to high demand the wrong label saying 96% polyester had been attached in the factory by mistake, I could not get over the LIES they were telling me they offered me 50% refund but i refused.
My paypal case has just ended and i have been refunded in full. I complained to Facebook about their advert, but it didn't get me anywhere.
DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY THEY ARE OUT AND OUT BIG TIME SCAMMERS, BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A dreadful shirt. The cheapest quality material with no makers label nor washing instructions. It arrived creased and looked a sack. I'm returning it but have little hope for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

All I can do is echo the reviews before me which accurately describe this rogue trader offering inferior quality. I am still trying to get my money back and have rejected a 10% refund suggestion - a joke! I will pursue through legal channels here in the UK to get this company banned and sanctioned. UK Trading Standards already alerted, next step is to contact their Web site hosts in Toronto, Canada, Tucows. I think they are the worst scum I have seen on the net.

As previous comments, very poor quality and only good for gardening!! At least ‘customer service’ did reply to emails but, as mentioned, complete scam !!

The product that arrives is not the one advertised!
They are completely ignoring consumer law and try to get away with no refunds or only partial.
Do not touch.

SCAM SCAM SCAM-do not touch with a very long bargepole.Half my order arrived which was of very very very poor quality.Obviously as other reviews have pointed out trying to get your money back is almost impossible.Please do not order anything from this China based scam.

I wish I had looked at this before placing an order. Reviews on their site were good but they would be wouldn’t they! They look like a UK site but far from it. Looked at Trustpilot and realised this could be a mistake. Looked at the returns policy and saw that items had to be sent back to Asia (China) at my expense. Emailed almost immediately to cancel which they eventually accepted less 10%. Lesson learnt. Beware EVIE MANCHESTER same pictures but no address info anywhere.

Attractive website offering what looks like stylish and quality shits. WRONG! Absolute rip-off, far from description given. Cut mine up into rags after a fight to get 50% back. Don’t be fooled and don’t buy!

This is clearly a re-hash of the ‘Navy-London’ site. The reviews are very similar. Don’t touch with a bargepole. I learned my lesson the hard way and now always check Trustpilot first.

The products are of very inferior quality, they’re shipped directly from China. If they don’t fit (or if you don’t like them, which you won’t), or if you change your mind you’ll have to pay for return shipping to China and you might just possibly get your money back, excluding the shipping fees you paid.

Avoid the hassle and move on to a rated UK company.

This company is effectively a scam. They show very attractive clothing on Ebay and Google etc but what is delivered is far from what is advertised. I ordered 2 vintage polo shirts in pure cotton What was delivered was some strange stretch material with mottled effect and no size label and material content/washing instruction labels cut off the garment. My clear advice is avoid!!
The positive reviews on their website are clearly not genuine when compared to the vast number of overwhelmingly bad reviews on here!

Its not from Birmingham, its shipped straight from China and the quality isn't good and you cant get your money back unless you post it back to China which costs as much as the garment, its a rip off.

I wish a had read the reviews before be sucked into a misleading website.
Paid for three shirts which are not wearable. Have been offered 30% discount or full refund if shirts are returned to China not Birmingham!
Postage cost circa £32.00 yes £32.00! and no guarantee of receiving refund so not going to waste anymore more.
Avoid at all costs. They do not deserve even 5% of one star! Rip off merchants!

They supplied the wrong size in a bag marked with the correct size and wanted me to return it to China for £20.
Worst is I now get 1 or 2 phone calls per day from "UK mobiles" in Chinese. No way of stopping them as they are different each time.

Do not buy from this company. It's not Birmingham it's in China and what they send you bears no relation to what's advertised, they lie about the product eg polyester when they say cotton and it is unbelievably poor. I got two polo shirts that were no better than rags.

To return for a refund you are required to post back to supposedly their warehouse in China but when you get the address it's a second floor premises -

When asking to return I was first offered a 10% refund, then 15% (I don't think they actually want the stuff back.) I then said my purchase was £60 and return postage £20 so just give me £40. They then offered 40% so I said give me 50% which they agreed to and remarkably I actually got it. I dumped the two polo shirts - they were truly awful. Don't be fooled by the website, it's all a con but I was relieved to at least get something back.

Shirts arrived 4 sizes too small. I spoke to there office who apologised and said this had been a problem and had now been corrected on there website. I ordered 3 more shirts on there instructions. The shirts once again arrived 4 sizes too small even though they had the correct size on the collar. I was now asked to pay another 50% for the correct size. Also I had to ship the shirts back to China. (Thought these were UK shirts) Shipping at my expense
