Contacted the company first offered 10% discount then 20% refused both opened dispute with PayPal for full refund.
Pay pal should not partner with this company as they are rip off merchants.
Also complained to Face Book for running their adverts
Do not be foole withe the name Haven Birmingham the company is in China.
Update.
The seller offered me a total of 70% refund and keep the item only if I removed the negative feedback I had posted i refused.
Took my complaint to PayPal and and I was awarded a full refund and the excuse for a polo shirt was put in bin
Disappointing rubbish
Supposedly denim shirt is absolute rubbish - it's a knitted tee shirt with collar made of really thin material. Arrived screwed up into a little ball. Whether it'll be wearable I doubt. Avoid this company.
First and last time I'll ever buy something advertised on Facebook!

Scammed
Firstly this is not an English company , it is based in China . The Polo shirts are not fit for purpose and different sizes on arrival . They are so poor quality and nothing like their advertt. I could not put them in the charity shop. As for trying to get a refund forget it they offer 10% and you have to refturn the items at your own cost to China.I contacted Trading standards and they are trying to get the adverts taken down.Scammers
Complete ripoff!
Complete ripoff!
Item very poor with no labels and rolled up in bag.On complaining I was offered 10% of my payment and I could keep the shirt. On complaining and stating that I did not want the substandard item I was subsequently offered 30%. I did state that they had offered "30 day money back guarantee" but they now state that I must send it back to China. Disgraceful that such advertising is allowed on FB with no protection for purchasers. Beware!!!
Ahh I fell for it hook
Ahh I fell for it hook, line and sinker. A lot of effort has gone in to fleecing the unwary. Straight forward scam.
Embarrassed to admit that I fell for…
Embarrassed to admit that I fell for this scam - I blame brain fog during the heatwave! Came across the advert via facebook and , uncharacteristically, did not look for any reviews. Just like the other reviewers I received, after about three weeks, three very poor shirts, far too long for medium size, and with labels stating polyester/elastane when they were advertised as cotton. My loss is (possibly) a charity shop’s gain.
Awful company.
After a ten day wait my two "cotton" t-shirts arrived. They were both 95% polyester. Rather poor for £55!
DO NOT USE - I'd give it zero stars if I could
I'd give it zero stars if I could. Ordered 3 shirts, took several weeks to arrive, although their responses to my queries kept saying delivered in the standard 5-7 working days. 2 of the shirts were nothing like their photo on the site, they were cheap and skimpy. The 3rd shirt was far too small. Their returns policy is £20 to go to asia or you could get 15% discount which I went for that arrived quickly. I'm still £60 out of pocket because I'm giving them all to a charity shop. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
A scam site
A scam site. No reviews on their own site. The product photos are completely different to the cheap product sent, and you have to pay at least £20 to return with no guarantee the product will reach their site in' Asia', so you end up with nothing. DO NOT BUY !
Do not order from this company it is…
Do not order from this company it is NOT UK it’s in China. Itens look like a piece of rag. They take images from another website won’t refund itens say you have to pay £20 for shipping back. I don’t think they would refund you even if you shipped back avoid at all costs. I reported them to trading standards just feel sorry for everybody losing their money to this bogus company the website has only been set up for 4 months. Absolutely awful. Took £60 from me. Never got my refubd. Read all the reviews abd avoid. Trouble is this website looks legit and UK based !!!!! They just don’t care. BEWARE
Think twice before placing an order with this company.
It started when I was looking on Facebook,my mistake.
I saw the add and then went straight to their website,
It sounds great and looks good. You will not get any response from them regarding the terrible purchase you made. I will carry on trying to get a refund through PayPal. I always hope that PayPal will support any valid claim. It does feel like being robbed. Think carefully before placing an order with this company.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Item comes from China, not UK. Polo shirt not as described. Was very poor quality, covered in bleach stains, looked like it had been kicked around factory floor before dispatch. Tried to return item, it has to go back to China and sender has to pay costs! They offered me to keep shirt with 15% refund. I declined and 'after speaking to their manager' offered me 20%. Typical scam tactic. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Poor sizing
Poor sizing, mediocre quality. Another Facebook supported scam
Wish I had read the reviews before…
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Like others, the quality and sizing of two polo shirts was very poor. They were also advertised as 100% cotton but had Polyester/elastane labels in them. Complete rip-off. DO NOT ORDER OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED LIKE ME.
0 STARS SCAM
0 STARS - SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT ORDER`
My 85 year old grandad recently ordered 2 shirts, he doesn't understand the world of online shopping and got sucked in by an adequate looking website, only to receive 2 shirts which were firstly, some of the worst quality shirts i've ever seen in my life, secondly, absolutely ENORMOUS, stitching all over the place, quality levels a 0/10, absolutely horrific - He then got in touch to send them back and get a refund, only to be offered a partial refund to keep them, which he doesn't want, he spent around £40 and is now being asked to pay around £20 to ship back, only for these to end up in landfill where they belong - Avoid like the plague, will be reporting to trading standards and doing all I can to get this website taken down, theyre praying on people like him.

It feels like I am fighting a battle against the big corporations, who, with their enormous budgets and influence, are pushing small entrepreneurs like me further to the edge. Financially, it is simply no longer sustainable. The world is changing, and unfortunately, my boutique can no longer keep up."
Second rate rag shop product.
Like all the other negative reviews I will add mine. Total scammers from China. Very bad quality and nothing like their pictures. Tried to return said rubbish but got nowhere. AVOID AVOID AVOID. You have been warned.
