Avoid!!! goods are nothing like the ones advertised. Its a scam. As a comparison Matalan clothes are far better quality at a third of the price.

Stay clear of this company. I ordered a shirt, the quality og the material is disgusting.And size is nowhere near correct I E mailed them saying I wanted to return the shirt and was told I would have to pay the postage to. China, the cost of postage was more than I paid for the shirt so did not send it. I have hear nothing more from them. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I received a supposedly xl shirt of the wrong colour. I tried to get it on but absolutely no chance. No markings and appears to be some sort of polyester material. Not the item I thought it would be. As there were no return/exchange details included with the item I had to contact the company through Pay Pal resolution. This really upset them and I received an immediate response. I will not pursue this further as I have better things to do but will not deal with the company again. There also seem to be other companies operating on line that are selling similar products.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. The polo shirt they sent me was nothing like the photograph. It’s made of some kind of polyester, it has no label displaying what it’s made of and how you should wash it. It’s just cheap crap and their customer service is non existent.

As everyone else has said, it's a total rip off. If you need to return an item they charge you £20, plus possible other custom charges in China. I'd already paid £24:95 for the item. I've told them I will only buy from a reputable British Company in future. Do not buy from this company.......

Total ripoff. Bought through FB and received product completely different to description. Make from polyester and looked and felt awful.
Tried to return for a refund and followed their instructions but was emailed to return to an address in China and had to pay postage! Gave it to my wife to use for painting instead. Be warned this is a ripoff website!

Worst company I have ever used- stupidly bought from ad on FB- money taken from my account and order verified by e mail quickly- Waited patiently but no sign of delivery so used their tracking number- just rubbish first Yidel had it then 3 days later same said cleared customs then at airport- you get the drift- e mailed them x 3 but undeliverable- phoned them but just voice mail to leave a message which was never responded to- wished I read reviews before ordering as they are pathetic- I will try through pay pal to get money back but ain’t optimistic - do if you see their add( note they used different names but are the same company!!!- Do Not use this “ company”

This is a rip off.You are lead to believe the operation is in Birmingham when in fact the returns have to be sent to China.
I recently bought a shirt for about £19 the sizing was awful it would have cost me £18 to return it to China...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Shoddy cheap sandals. Not even wearable due to puckering on front and plastic soles… says Ortho!!! Nothing about these are ortho and would not help anyone’s feet!.. Led to believe UK company but took weeks to arrive from China…

This company advertises men’s clothing online via FB .
The quality looks good but when received it is totally different and the sizing is not correct.
I believe they use other company names. Don’t be taken in by them.

Pretending to be from Birmingham but yet another Chinese company. Ordered two items that appeared to be knitted fabric but what I got were 2 long line tee shirts not at all like the photos. A complete rip off at £25 each plus postage. Avoid this company

The cheapest and worst pair of shoes I have ever seen. Uppers v thin and floppy man made stuff rather than suede. Cork sole was some other material with printed plastic outer stuc to look like cork. Believe sent direct from China. Unable to find how to return for refund. An absolute waste of money. A lesson learnt .

I ordered a couple of Sweatshirts from Haven - Birmingham. I believed these would be coming from uk but when I asked, i got no response which made me think they were coming from China. They arrived today, and from China. Not great quality, even tho sizes for same product was large, they are different sizes in terms of fit. I'm disappointed as the product doesn't look like how they are on the website. Shame because the colours are good. I will be keeping them but certainly wont be ordering any more from this company.

My items eventually arrived (from China) but they’re nothing like they look in the photographs and the quality is absolutely appalling. I planned to post mine back for a refund but postage was £23.10
Even then, I wouldn’t have been confident in ever receiving a refund. I bought my clothes from Haven Birmingham but it seems they trade under lots of different names. Just don’t buy from them.
