Haven Birmingham 

Bought a polo shirt for £32 looks nothing like the Facebook advert and the material bears no resemblance to the description, complete and utter rubbish. Haven are long delivery scammers masquerading as a legitimate company using copy and paste photos on their website. Avoid avoid avoid!

Ordered two polo shirts for £59.31 took ages to arrive. Look nothing like the pictures online. Quality is terrible. Wouldn’t have paid £10 for the two.

Without doubt the worst purchase I've made online! Two Polo Shirts - I would'nt even clean the floor with them they are so so bad. AVOID at all costs!

Ordered 3 shirts yes delivery took a little time but when I received was extremely happy with the quality, unfortunately one of the shirts was the wrong size, there was no problem when I contacted the company and a replacement shirt was dispatched at no extra cost and I was not asked to return the original shirt.
More than happy with the quality of the products and with the after sales support.

I ordered two extra-large stone washed cotton polo shirts from an advert on Facebook. They took quite a few weeks before being dispatched from China. When they eventually arrived, one was the wrong size and the label stated they were 100% man made fibre - not cotton. Apart from that, they looked nothing like the photo in the advert. The stone washed appearance was printed on and looked dreadful.
I exchanged many emails with the supplier, but they insisted they would only repay me if I returned the shirts to China, at my own cost! In the end, I reluctantly accepted a 30% discount and donated the shirts to a charity shop. Nearly £40 out of pocket and bitterly disappointed with the whole experience.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!! I ordered 2 shirts, size Large, which eventually arrived and they were sized more like a small!! They agreed to send me replacements which again took a long time to arrive and when they did, again they were marked up with the wrong size. The shirts were of poor quality too. What a waste of time and of money!

I ordered 3 po.o shirts size 4xl. These arrived some considerable time later. Although these is a 4xl label on the plastic bag, these have been sized incorrectly.
I ask for a refund and was originally offered a 10% refund and to keep the shirts. Then a 20% refund. If I want a complete refund, send the shirts to China.
My next step is to contact PayPal and the courier

Chinese scam company. The shirt arrived wrong colour,size was a joke. The material was cheap crap and the stitches were loose. Arrived as a screwed ball in a plastic bag. Postage £9 pounds from China. Their advertising is a complete scam as other companies in China are also using the same advertising photos to ripp people off.

Beware of this company. I ordered a Blue and White striped shirt in 2XL. What turned up was not even a large. Shiny nylon material that picks up static. Awful. There were no labels in the shirt. There was no paperwork when it was delivered. No delivery note or invoice. No return address. Wasn’t sure how to make contact. I tried to cancel the payment with Paypal but was too late.

The company trade with Paypal under the name Seller name Rise Hub with a French Contact phone number of +33 628633060.

This appears to be a scam company selling very substandard goods.

What a shambles I have to give 1star no stars
This fake rag company should be shutdown a total fake scamming setup.
I ordered a shirt red and white stripes took ages to get and oh boy what a very disappointing surprise when it arrived no label in the shirt felt like cheap nylon an as it was supposed to to be xl it wouldn’t fit a 7 year old try getting a refund but hey not the case.. this scamming lot should be shutdown down it is fake and that i will try to do I am in contact with the standards committee see what they have to say What they sell is not what is printed

Please do not order from this website, it’s not what it says. It’s a company based in China and nothing to do with Birmingham, or the UK. After weeks of waiting we eventually received a package that contained what can only be described as a piece of cloth with arms that resembled the items ordered in no way, but was enough for them to say they sent something. Nothing like the photos on their website, no person could actually wear it, I wouldn't even give it away. Contacted their customer services for a refund, who want you to pay in excess of £20 to send it back, and I’d still be sceptical. Pointed out to them that under UK law they had sold something not as described and had legal responsibilities, but they didn’t care. They even have a fake Trustpilot logo displayed, nothing but a scam.

Received a tacky piece of rag(that was meant to be the shirt )- that my 7 year old grandson struggled to wear as at least 4 sizes too small!,!!
I have sent several emails requesting information on how to return and no reply at all
Will be giving them another 24 hours before contacting my credit card / bank and getting my return rights activated
Will be making sure there will be awful reviews as quality is awful it’s way too small and service is absolutely dreadful

Took ages to arrive 20 days from China.
Ordered 2XL normal size far to smaller could not fasten shirt. Very poor quality and colour not as photo. Avoid at all cost.

Avoid avoid avoid!! Scam website! Not in the UK at all. sent a really tacky, wrong colour jumper incredibly thin and horrendous looking. Complete scam! Have said it’ll cost £20 to return!! No one replies, most terrible customer service. Will be contacting the bank about this.

Ordered size medium mens, and they about the rght size to fit a 10 year old boy. Terrible quality. no returns policy of any worth

Ordered three of their striped blue shirts. They feel as if they are 90% plastic. The buttons are almost coming off, literally a single stich attaching them. Ordered the next size up to my normal, the shirts are so badly cut and stitched, it look as if I've put it on back to front. Returning them would be an expensive and probably frustrating task. Will use as dusters. Really avoid this company.

I purchased 3 shirts online through a Facebook advert.

The Company that I purchased from is called Haven Birmingham. But the receipt and goods came from another company in China, the name of which appears on the Paypal receipt as Rise Hub.

I bought 3 shirts as a bundle deal as advertised on Facebook and the website to which I was directed to when clicking on the FB link to buy the goods. The company purports to be in Birmingham UK, but it transpires all receipts, and returns are addressed in China. My contract as I see it was with Haven Birmingham because up to the point of purchase I was led to believe that was the company that I was buying from. After purchase, the confirmation receipt was from The Chinese company, Rise Hub.
“Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason.“

I do not want the garments. They do not fit (they are a very small XXL) and the colours and texture are not as the website.
I do not see why Haven Birmingham cannot refund the purchase amount, afterall, my contract was with them and not a mysterious third party in China. When I purchased the goods, up until the point of receiving a receipt, I was dealing with a company that purported to be in Birmingham UK. My receipt and the goods came from a company that I had not contracted to supply the items. Two separate partial refunds were offered but only 20% and 30% I have contacted Paypal to intervene.

Eventually received shirt from China after a month - not anywhere near Birmingham. Charged £29 for shirt worth c. £5 - two-sizes too small, wrong colour, poor quality finish. Avoid. Same graphics used by “different” companies on Facebook - be very careful!

I have just purchased 3 Edgar shirts from this company advertising on Facebook which because of their Name (Haven Birmingham)it is a British company, as soon as I paid with PayPal the company name changed to the Rise Hub, confused and bewildered I checked out the name only to find out it was a Chinese company I was all of a sudden dealing with, I’ve had some bad dealings with Chinese companies, most are well designed scams, so I now avoid them altogether, but as I said, thinking it was a British company I was scammed, I immediately contacted PayPal and put a charge back in place after explaining what had happened and requested a refund which they did not like and they continued to to process and send the order which was absolutely rubbish material and badly made copies of what they were advertising,apparently it’s the buyers who are required to pay to send items back to to China, which because they have scam me to thinking it was a British company I would be dealing with I am definitely not paying,so now it’s in the hands of PayPal.
