We recently moved into a new house to find that all the downstairs radiators didn't work and everything was stone cold! i called out Haven who quickly diagnosed that the system was full of sludge with cold patches on all the radiators upstairs as well as downstairs. James arrived first thing the next day and spent the day flushing out the system, cleaning all the radiators and pipework and balancing the system. He regularly updated me on progress, showing me what he'd managed to remove from the system and installed a filter so we shouldn't have this problem again. Brilliant customer service...James is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend Haven if anyone experiences a similar issue!

Yet again Haven came to the rescue - An amazing service when you call first thing Monday morning and they literally came straight out. Lovely team and fabulous service - thank you Haven.

I used Haven as a sub contractor on a detached new build and was thoroughly impressed with their knowledge, helpfulness, reliability and quality of their work. All their engineers were a joy to jerk with and I will be using them again at the next opportunity.

I have used this company twice now & couldn’t be happier. Extremely professional, punctual & knowledgeable.
James carried out a gas safety check & checked over our heating system in our new house & Adam attended separately to install a smart thermostat.
Both were extremely friendly & explained fully what they were doing & how to operate the systems they were working on. They both used dust sheets & were extremely tidy & cleaned up after themselves. Everything is working as it should & we’re extremely happy with it all. I couldn’t recommend Haven Home Solutions highly enough.

We contacted Haven Home Solutions to inquire about replacing an aging combination boiler. After speaking with them we arranged a visit and Neil arrived to carry out a survey at the agreed time. We discussed some options and Neil provided a quote later that day. Haven Home Solutions were able to arrange everything to meet our timing. Daniel from their installation team arrived promptly and carried out the installation. Nothing was too much trouble and Daniel was able to route the pipework with as little disruption as possible.

Called on Thursday afternoon as I had no hot water, a friendly experienced engineer arrived at 8.10am the next day, problem sorted by 10am. Awesome service, highly recommended.

Had a new boiler installed today. James was really knowledgable and got the job done really quickly. No fuss, no mess. Brilliant Job and I would happily recommend him.

Absolutely brilliant! Had a problem with my boiler (during the pandemic). Neil and the team reassured me that they'd be able to sort the problem out in the quickest time. Assured me that John (the plumber) would be wearing PPE and make sure always in a different room. John came round, sorted the problem in minutes, ordered a part, two days later the boiler was fixed. Have recommended them to all my friends. Great service, great communication.

Haven Home Solutions came to my rescue after being repeatedly let down by another company to replace my broken boiler. Overnight they managed to get a new boiler and engineer with me by the next morning. Neil, director, checked in with me to see how it was going and genuinely cared that I was happy after the job had been done. The engineer was efficient and did a great job, including noticing one of the radiators needed a valve replaced which he fixed within minutes. Recommend highly!

Haven Home solutions have been an absolute god send to us. We have agonised over the years with our old plumbing system and they were the only company who have managed to solve and re constructer our system. We now have hot water and for the last two years we have had consistent heating throughout the whole house ! We have just recently had an extension which included under floor heating, 2x new bathrooms , utility room , cloak room and kitchen . All have been amazing service and we look forward to continuing with them in the future . I have to say aswell Neil , Adam , Kevin and James the guys on the job are very friendly lovely guys who are a pleasure to have in our home .

The fitting was quickly and brilliantly executed - our pipework is so complex and tidy already - that keeping that discipline was welcome and unexpected. Based on reviews I invited a gas engineer from Haven Home Solutions to service my boiler recently. The gas engineer who came was on time, very pleasant and carried out a highly efficient service. He communicated the results very clearly and provided the necessary paperwork promptly. Communication with the office when booking was also efficient and a pleasant experience.
I would highly recommend this company based on the high quality of service received.

Further to my husbands review 5 days ago, we've actually just had Haven out again. Unfortunately storm Ciara reaked havoc with our boiler flue. The engineer (James) arrived promptly and was able to fix the issue very quickly, despite never having dealt with such an issue before.

Once again, very pleased with Haven and continue to recommend them to our family and friends and we wouldn't hesitate in using them for any future projects we have.

Just witnessed a very professional, prompt and timely Boiler exchange at my mother in laws home ,both Neil and Andy were extremely polite and efficient in their work and what makes this even more exceptional is that my husband works in the plumbing and heating industry and has witnessed many boiler exchanges, the Haven Solutions team have managed our expectations in full and beyond . As my mother in law is in her eighties it was even more crucial that she felt comfortable with strangers in her home . Immediate response to an emergency call which was followed up with a quick & fast repair. The staff are all highly professional, polite and friendly.

I contacted Haven Home Solutions as the annual gas inspection on a property I rent out was due within the next few days. Despite being a relatively small job and at a time of year when heating problems are at a peak, Haven carried out the inspection before the current certificate had expired and on the same day and at only a few hours’ notice attended at another rental property where the tenant had no heating or hot water and resolved the problem there and then. I have every confidence in their engineers’ capabilities and will definitely be using Haven in the future. Thank you Haven.

Spoke to Haven as we needed a service quickly on our boiler, we were over the year mark and the system was starting to make some hammering noises. The engineer arrived on time, was very polite and helpful. He didn't take long to carry out a full service of our boiler and sort the noise. Couldn't recommend Haven Home Solutions enough.

Had a new boiler installed recently. The service was superb from start to finish, the installers were lovely, helped me with how to use it and were very clean and tidy. I was so pleased with them, I bolted on one of their monthly maintenance packages so I know if anything goes wrong, Haven will have me back up and running ASAP, plus take care of annual boiler services. Just a few pounds per month is totally worth it for the peace of mind! I would highly recommend them!
