Hawksley is a long established business with a tradition of producing well-engineered, dependable products at very competitive prices. Established in Oxford Street London in 1869 by Charles Hawksley, the Company began by innovating with Counting Chambers. In the 1930's, Hawksley was bought by William Baum, a US businessman, and started to manufacture blood pressure monitoring devices. In the 1950s Hawksley & Sons began an innovation programme to construct and manufacture a new range of centrifuges. Out of this came the Hawksley Haematospin 1300 & 1400, setting the standard for Micro Haematocrit centrifuges. We are proudly supplying to the NHS, Veterinarians and Universities worldwide. Hawksley have continued to manufacture quality products and have built a product range which compliments our manufacturing expertise in three specific areas: andrology, aesthetic medicine and centrifugation.

We are extremely sorry to hear about your bad experience. However, please consider that you contacted us on Easter Friday and Monday; days that are bank holidays in the UK and therefore our couriers didn't deliver on them.
As soon as we were back to work on Tuesday, our manager was ready to help resolve the issue and your package was delivered on the same day.
He has also shown you evidence - via the parcel tracking software- that the courier on your end changed the address label without informing Hawksley. In total, the delivery took 7 days, from the point of ordering to delivery to address.
We find a 1-star review very harsh given these circumstances, so we kindly ask you to remove it as it affects our ratings on this website quite significantly.
