We have used Hayes Parsons as our brokers for many years and can't fault the level of service we have received from them in all departments. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This ranges from Education and care, employment, property, Covid-19 updates, risk assessment support, fire and security, indemnity cover and advice, accident and emergency and much more. We manage around 50 blocks of residential flats. Hayes Parsons insure a good few of these as they provide superb service, clear policies that make sense, their team we deal with (Denise, Scott, Phil, Kira and James) are super efficient and very nice(!), and their claims service is very fair & efficient. Above all, and from our clients point of view, they have very competitive premiums..... We deal with all sorts of other brokers and they are head and shoulders above most. Honestly, you will be pleased you contacted them.

We have dealt with Darren at Hayes Parsons for many years and the services he has given has been second to none.
Working in the very fast paced environment of marine civil engineering, with equipment and vessels being on and off hired at very short notice, Darren has never let us down in procuring cover for tricky to insure specialist marine equipment in a very time sensitive manner.

Hayes Parsons have continued to provide us with excellent advice and service over a number of years. The broker team is helpful in identifying what needs to be covered, the best method of achieving this and cost effective insurance provision. When necessary the claims team have also been extremely helpful and proactive whether we were claiming or where the claim was against us.
I have no difficulty in recommending the Service we get, but no-one gets five stars from me.

Mark and the team provide an excellent service and have been so helpful in nagivating the compliance and insurance issues related to Covid over the last year. They are always happy to listen to whatever issue has arisen and provide clear and straightforward advice on how to proceed. Nothing ever seems to be too diffciult for them.

Dan and the team have been amazing, always clear, concise and make everything easy to understand and more than happy to explain anything I'm unsure of.
They brokered both home and motor insurance for my UHNWI boss and got the best deal possible, they check in at regular intervals for any possible changes to the policies and are always an absolute pleasure to deal with!
