Ease of ordering great, but no Delivery updates
The ease of ordering was great, didn't need an account and simply went through and it's a local business only 10minutes away.
The only thing was that I asked for delivery updates, as this is for private use I needed to gather some pallets to offload the cargo, however I was not informed of any intended delivery date or even that my order my be ready. As such I had to rush to get items ready at 4pm on a Friday afternoon for unloading. Disappointed that I received no updates on even an estimated delivery date.

My delivery was very professional, ringing to let me know they would be arriving shortly & everything arrived in brilliant condition.
Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Order was slower than expected partially to covid 19 but also because they didn't have enough stock in. Although not told this but when it did it arrive the delivery went smoothly.
