Shoulder injury

I have had three assessments ,online and buy telephone.But I'm not sure 3 was necessary.I was pleased the last assesment resulted in action and have a scan being booked in .Im hoping that after my scan I can have some treatment, on my fourth appointment.All of the people I have spoken to have been extremely nice.

Physio rang me right on time and was…

Physio rang me right on time and was super friendly and helpful. Gave some sound advice asking questions about my symptoms and promptimg me to give as much detail as possible. I felt reassured as to the next step I need to take and her remedial interim advice was excellent :)

Great service

I was given an appointment with a consultant within 2 days and then an mri scan booked for 3 days later and follow up appointment with consultant 3 working days later. So efficient. Thank you.

I had my online consult via HBS…

I had my online consult via HBS clinicians and specialists. From the assessment to the actual physio sessions are managed and acted in a timely manner. Also, the access to the online interface provides easy access to documents and assessment

Questionairs seem a waste of time

I spent more than 20 minutes filling in questionnaires prior to one of your people calling me. Then, when you called, you asked the exact same questions which I had already answered in the questionnaires, despite saying you had already read it. Also, you may want to review the questions you ask people. For example. (Q) when does your knee hurt? (A) ONLY when i walk down hill for prolonged periods. Next question. Does it hurt when you are in bed at night? (A) No, as I said, it only hursts when I walk down hill for prolonged periods. Next question. Does it hurt when you wake up in a morning? (A) No, as I said before, it only hurst when I walk down hill for prolonged periods.

complete waste of time

complete waste of time, tried booking only available mri which was 1.5 hour away from my address, when i went back to axa they coluld book one 20 mins away. and now have to start all over again. was hounded by phone calls from the team to set up the mri and then told it was for my knee (actually my ankle).
