Had a good appointment booking experience. There were a lot of available sessions. Then went on to have a phone appointment. The professional asked questions to assess my situation and provided advice and options.
The physio I was meant to have a video call don't appear for my appointment and I receive no feedback as to why he was a no show.
Very impressed with the speed and ease of making appointments and the quality of the physios.

Unfortunately, the line wasn’t clear, could not use the video and conversation was kept cutting off,,,, nobody’s fault, I think, just had a bad connection and a bad luck…. Because she tried to connect with me sometimes, we lost some valuable time and she was rushing to end. I didn’t know what next step was so I had to call AXA back.
