I have never had to use a Solicitor for this type of transaction before and HCB made it easy, smooth and affordable.

I cannot recommend the team enough from my experience with them.

Used for a conveyancing transaction, everything was made simple, efficient and digital where possible. Even managing to accommodate my travels outside of the UK to ensure completion was successful and on time. Would recommend and use again, thank you Kirsty & team.

I am very happy to leave a five star review for we were buying a new build property so the conveyancing and land registry was quite involved. Amy and Sharon guided us through the process of signing all the documents, making it very clear what we needed to do.

I have had previous experinece with HCB on two ocassions.
Sunita Hazelwood from their property department was excellent (and subject of a separate review.
On this ocassion, I have been dealing with Ian Pears who has been unhelp, begrudging in his advice and generally pretty rude.
The moral of this review is please ensure you get a refrence for the individual solicitor that HCB allocate for you.

Katia Lake and her team dealt with our case for our house move and has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Excellent service and very professional. Joanne and Denise at the Westhoughton branch were top drawer sorting my late Mum's probate. I recommend very highly and the added bonus of them being on my doorstep made it even better

Very helpful, even though Joanne only had the opportunity of working on my behalf for a short period. For the record the account was in connection with a late cousin. As is right and proper, a search was carried out to see if a will had been made by the deceased. In the event another solicitor advised that the cousin in question had indeed made a will (with them) and duly took the contract from HCB. Rather regrettable but these things happen.

Christine, Louise & Wendy were so helpful and made the buying/selling process so straightforward for us. Every detail was explained clearly and the whole thing was swiftly dealt with. Would highly recommend HCB Solicitors and will be using them again in the future if the need arises.
