I have been getting laser hair removal done regularly at HC Medspa with Karolina. And it's always a wonderful experience. Karolina is lovely, very friendly and patient and pays attention to detail. The staff are always very polite. The clinic is clean and well kept.

My experience with Carolina was absolutely amazing. I felt very comfortable due to her confidence in her self (treatment) and just a natural connection. My laser hair removal treatment was effective from just one session. I was terrified to start with but like I said she made it a very relaxing experience and will be back to complete the sessions and do more treatments with her in the future. All the girls in the Mill Hill brunch are just super adorable and professional.

I have been going to HC Spa for over 10 years. I was so upset when Delishia left and but I’m delighted Delishia has returned. She us exceptional, always willing & helpful. I’m
working & often the appointments are last minute, Delishia always does her best to fit me in, but apart from this all her treatments are exceptional! 👏 HC Spa Delishia is a credit to your company!

Lovely receptionist greeted me in Radlett, Debbie, and lovely lady Priyanka did my eyebrows. Great shape and tint. Highly recommend

I was so happy with my treatment of laser on my neck, chin and sideburn area. The staff are so kind and understanding and I have a new lease of life after my treatment !!!

She's extremely professional and knowledgeable, whilst also being very calm and efficient. She will always endeavour to help and do what's best for the customer, with a smile on her face and with the utmost kindness and politeness. So lovely to be around and get to know and having been a client for over 5 years with multpile therapists, she's one of the best I've come across. Such a lovley human being!
