I ordered a pair of trainers on 4th December. With a delivery time of 3-5 days.
Nearly 2 weeks later I contacted them to ask where my item was. To be told they were damaged and they didn’t send them out. I was annoyed that it took me to contact them to be informed about this delay. I asked for a different colour and they wanted an extra £200-£300. After paying £860. What.a.joke.
I asked for a refund and was ignored for 2 days. Contacted the Instagram page where they were so rude after I explained what happened. They literally replied “email them then”
Awful service and rude.
Atleast I got my £860 back, 5 days before Christmas and not enough time to do Christmas shopping.

Fantastic service from start to finish and will certainly be buying from them again. Cant speak highly enough of the service received.

Amazing service and really quick. Ordered Saturday, arrived Tuesday. Genuine products and so glad i didnt listen to the few negative reviews. Would 100% recommend and would use again. Sent messages prior and during order and the response was second to none. Do not look passed this personal shopper. Exchange and refund also available
