Very happy with my purchase at hc personal shopper, I was slightly worried after a couple of bad reviews read. But I received my Alexandra McQueen trainers and couldn’t be more happy, they are genuine and a great company to purchase from.

Never had any issue, I have purchased loads of trainers, helps me with size if I need them smaller because they come up big or if I need my exact size, also my trainers have always been on time with no issue, all there staff are polite an Friendly, an have helped me with exchanges in the passed

They don’t make it easy if you want to return,hard to get hold of and takes ages for a refund! Crap customer service! Also they tried questioning my interactions with them essentially claiming my review and or transaction weren’t genuine which is obviously another lie they told trust pilot!!
Also they’re claim to responding within 48 hours is another lie!
Also during my apparent fake interactions with them they told me because of this review they’re basically not bothered in making my refund a priority.
Have now seen other reviews about this operation and they’re is definitely a recurring theme

Purchased a pair of Christian louboutin spike sock boots from the company claimed they were 150% genuine but I can 250% guarantee the shoes are fake 1:1 replica’s I own the same shoe in different colour and the ones bought from hc had many flaws in comparison. More to the point I myself owned a designed clothes company to know how to spot the fakes and this clearly is. I will be reporting the company to trading standards as I do not think it’s fair for genuine consumers to be ripped off. Lesson learnt next time you see something less than retail price you know it’s too good to be true!!!

I have proof that’s why I sent them back for return. They were verified as “non authentic” merchandise hence why return. And let’s get facts straight you didn’t offer me a refund you were forced to refund by PayPal. I was sent all sorts of rude messages on Instagram before being blocked. Avoid this seller at all cost!

You consistently find they need to keep replying... why do you feel the need to justify yourself over and over again allow the product to speak for itself LOL or in this case YOU CANT because I have the proof. Take a note of this sellers attitude.. it’s speaks volumes about the kind of person you’re dealing with. Goodbye 👋

I ordered a pair of trainers and when they arrived I wanted to return them but for an exchange and I did so very easily. It was top service and very quick with replies and my trainers are perfect. Fantastic service all round. Will be back again no problem.

Used these a good few times now and never had any problems, always arrives quicker than expected and sorted an exchange out for me hassle free👍🏻Good business.

Ordered a pair of louboutin trainers which have been out of stock for weeks, managed to get them for me and they were perfect when received, but unfortunately they were too big for me so had to refund. Very easy refund process and received my money back within the first week.

I ordered twice from HC personal shopper over Christmas.

Firstly a pair of trainers which turn up in a high heel box and the wrong size, then i was told the trainers i wanted could be delivered in January which i was happy with. After being told they are available for delivery in January i was then told the item is not available! After this they suggested a full refund including shipping which i paid £11 for the return alongside the initial delivery cost. I feel this has left a bad taste after the company bangs on about customer service on Instagram.

Excellent service, would defo recommend.

The shoes are exactly as advertised on the website so that I am very happy with. A couple of issues with the service though. I believe the £10 for shipping is ridiculous considering you have to wait 10+ day’s for your shoes to arrive even though the website says approx. 3-5 days. I returned my initial pair as they were too small. I paid £5 to return them first class and the shoes were received by HC the next day. I was then asked to pay another £10 shipping for the new size to be sent back to me. I waited around 4 weeks and paid £25 in shipping fee’s for a £600 pair of shoes, so that I am very disappointed with.
