Awful customer service, bought £200 trainers for a Christmas present asked to swop them for a different size and they won’t allow due to there poor 14 days returns policy. No help what do ever.

They also took 15 days to arrive.

They don’t reply either.

Look else where for the trainers as they are not unique and you can get them cheaper else where

Received the trainers but they were not genuine even though the price is the same as retail.

Still waiting on a refund and communication has been poor.

Save yourself the hassle and buy from elsewhere.

Terrible, waited 4 weeks for trainers and when came were wrong size.
Customer service terrible and never replied to emails, after asking for a return address they only sent through when I opened a dispute with PayPal.
Still waiting for refund and the are not returning emails.
Do not use this so called company.

really unhappy with services spent £425 on Valentino runners for them to send a random pair of valentinos completely different and are trying to say that i asked for them? to follow on from this it has already been going on for over a month and still going to waiting up to 28 days for a refund. extremely unprofessional and really do not recommend was absolutely appalling service

Absolutely terrible experience!!!

Ordered a pair of £500 trainers, waited a week from when I made the payment.. contacted HC customer services about the order, to which my message was ignored for over 24hrs so I contacted them again pointing out the poor customer service I had received. I then received a snotty response from the retailer basically saying that it’s because of COVID and it’s due to a pandemic.. they then went on to say if I don’t like it cancel my order. HC personal shopper then refunded me! I then made them aware if I can cancel/refund my order at this point then it’s quite clear the order has never been dispatched.

So basically I sent them the money for my purchase, when I complained about timescales and poor service, they dismissed it.. even though they have not dispatched my order over 7 days later.. and when I asked for an update I got a self righteous condescending a***hole telling me like it or lump it!! If that is not poor service I don’t know what is..

When spending large amounts of money at small businesses you expect a certain level of service. Buying premium products at premium prices you expect premium service... I got p1ss poor service with a hint of snotty attitude

Never again will I ever buy off this delboy
As he/she clearly doesn’t appreciate their customers
