The website was very easy to navigate and no problems at any point. Our purchase was extremely competitively priced and came with plug. Arrived well packaged and in very good time. Extremely happy with our purchase. All great so far. Impressed with this company.

Second time that I have purchased a lens from this company. As on the first occasion, everything went smoothly. Lens arrive well packed via Post. If you can wait 4 or 5 days for delivery the low prices are well worth it.

This is the second camera kit I have purchased from HDEW cameras along with a couple of lenses in previous purchases. Once again faultless ordering and delivery. Prices cant be beaten but this is not at the expense of quality or customer service. Will have no hesitation purchasing again that's for sure!!!

I'll be honest, I had some doubts, but the mini iPad I ordered arrived within 5 business days. New, in perfect condition, with charger.

Support team responded quickly to my email, literally within 35 minutes, when I wanted to request an order status update.

In the last few months I have bought a Canon Eos R5 Mk 2 camera body from HDEW & a 100 - 500 mm lens to accompany it.
As HDEW offer a point for every £1 spent I was able to get money off the lens from the points accrued from the purchase of the camera body & a little later save money on a spare camera battery.
HDEW prices are pretty competitive , too plus service & delivery is excellent.
Very pleased & will use HDEW in future.
