Outstanding customer service,great product at a great price
HDEW’s expedient way in getting my faulty Garmin watch sorted out was such a relief especially when I had lost my sales receipt !
However, with dates from my credit card statement I was able to find the date of purchase and HDEW was able to track down my order quite quickly from their records of nine months ago.
This is a company that obviously keeps meticulous sales records unlike high street retailers who would have been pants without a sales receipt and I would’ve been up the spout in getting my faulty watch sorted !
There was no hassle: no pushing me from pillar to post, or having to repeat my complaint or to chase up outcomes, as Henry Hayward provided the continuity and support throughout my dealings with HDEW, exactly as promised on their website.
Email communications were prompt and helpful with clear realistic timescales as to what to expect once the faulty watch was in their hands .
HDEW’s delivery service is spot on as the new replacement watch arrived a day earlier, boom!
Many thanks Henry and I would absolutely recommend HDEW for their exemplary customer service and for the Garmin product I purchased which was definitely the least expensive of all the other retailers .
