1 star is too good for them - You have to give them 3 months notice - and when you do give them the notice they have no record of ever receiving it . They are also very expensive. DO NOT USE - they are a scam company. I have been with them for two years - stupid me
I feel so SAD to put a Star * for HDI insurance, because there is no any other option to give them “O” !
The WORST Insurance I ever got for in my entire life! I Suggest not to keep Step ever with HDI Insurance. There are many other MUCH Better than the HDI !
They steal much money from me during couple of months without my authorisation, then after having a Fight with HDI by assistance of a Lawyer, I finally won, as a result the HDI was enforced to give me back all the extra money they were taking from my account!

This is a joke of an insurance, everytime you call they put on hold for 30 min or the call just gets cut. Not sure if HDI has only two customer care agents working, really pathetic...
I wanted to ask some questions about a claim but no one answers, the english helpline doesnt even work. Last two days i was put on hold for 1.5 hours (3 calls with 30 min wait time) still didnt manage to get any help.
