Do not employ Heacol
Do not use this company. Our two air source heat pumps, fitted by Heacol, proved to be very expensive mistakes. Poorly fitted, lacking in the correct knowledge to do the work - we have had to spend a lot more money getting them up to standard, replacing a lot of the heating equipment. One hadn’t even been commissioned when we had to have the water tank and set up completely replaced. Heacol rely on your own contractors to do most of the work - the sum total work, of the second pump, by Heacol was to hang it on an outside wall. They don’t even provide the required pipe insulation and briefed the electrician with the wrong standard of wiring, which he ignored - thankfully! Otherwise we’d have had to dig all the wiring out of the newly plastered and tiled walls!
