Slow Customer Service for Incorrect Delivery

While the delivery was promptly made, the main bracelet was not to the ordered specification.
Having raised the issue with the customer support team on 9th June (Request 77868) and then send a picture of the delivered items as requested on 10th June, I have not been contacted since to resolve this issue (20th June).

Very poor quality
Please do not buy from this site. I bought a necklace and a bracelet, the "stones" are plastic and the entire product is very poor quality. The website makes it look like you are buying from the USA but my package came from China. I have given mine to my 3 year old niece, as it is just like the other plastic toy jewellery she has.

I really expected more for the money
I really expected more for the money. The earrings were really pretty until you have them in your hand. They looked like a real stone until you get them and find out it is something covered up in some tape or some other cheap material.
