Not a scam, in my opinion
I ordered a number of tuning forks on April 1. I'm new to using them, but chose this company because they stressed the quality of their product. All of the forks, as well as included "freebies", came today (April 24). Although there was not a great deal of communication, I was sent a tracking number around mid-month.
The forks are all in excellent condition. I look forward to using them.
One of the free items was a tongue drum, and I have to say that it's a wonderful thing. The sounds it makes are beautiful. And it's larger than I expected. I will definitely enjoy playing this drum.
It's been debated that this website may be a scam. It is not. I do think that they could improve their communication, including saying upfront on their website that their product could take several weeks to get to you. Excellence often does take some time, and it seems this product is made to order.
At any rate, I am very pleased with all I've received, and will probably order again.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed , I ordered tuning forks and received the wrong order. Immediately contacted the company with pictures of the order that I had and they said they would rectify the problem. I’ve had several communication and they keep promising a tracking number , but know number . It’s been 3 months not a company I would deal with again. Also you can tell there responses are all AI generated.

Do not purchase from this company
Do not purchase from this company. I have been emailing with zero response for weeks now. It took 6 weeks for them to ship, they failed to send a complete order and what they did send was broken.
Now they refuse to respond to multiple emails with pictures for refund. This company is straight up fraudulent and does not care about customer satisfaction, retention, quality of products or service.

I was truly impressed with my first purchase.
I was truly impressed with my first order of tuning forks. I was dealing with some back pain, so I decided to give them a try, and I was amazed at how quickly the pain went away.
Needless to say, I’ve ordered several more since that first purchase. I also can’t complain about the shipping time, because I believe the company is taking the time to ensure customers receive a quality product.

Singing bowl set never arrived-no customer service
I ordered a singing bowl set about a month ago. The item was shipped over two weeks ago, but the tracking number has not been updated since then. I have sent four emails and received the same automated response every time. The phone number goes to nowhere. I will be reporting this to my bank and asking for a cancellation of my order.

Only Received Free Gifts - Not The Products I Purchased!!
**Update 1/18/26…Received two emails from healing sounds. One email stated that they were shipped in multiple packages but they show they were delivered and asked me to look around my house and yard. (Only 1 tracking number was provided and my video and pictures show only (1) package was received. Then I received another email stating that they are in multiple shipments and on their way. However they did not provide me with any tracking numbers. I have replied to their email with several pictures of the label and unboxing I will keep this post updated if I can and will amend the review if they actually send me when I ordered. We shall see.
I’m extremely upset. I purchased several tuning fork sets just shy of $1000.00 and ONLY received the free gifts but not the product I ordered. Order shows all product was delivered. However, I have a video of the delivery of the one package that was received.. as well as pictures of the package when I opened it and the contents. I sent an email to the company. I also tried to call however, the phone number would not go through. I’ve been waiting for these products for my business and sadly I’m out money and no product delaying my business further. I feel I got scammed. Please do not use this company.
