Thank you for the beautiful gong. We initially had some issues on the order but after contacting healing sounds they looked into the issue and this was eventually resolved. We thank you again and look forwards to buying more products in the future. Just a quick word to those who may have had issues or are going to buy a product: I contacted Emma via email and with much patience all was resolved with respect and kindness.

I have placed three orders with HS thus far. The first order they cancelled and I made a complaint.The second order took a long time to arrive. I actually felt that it was a bogus company and was beginning to lose trust but I stuck with their process and the order finally arrived. We communicated through the process and they were always proactive in their response and approach. The third order was amazing: there were no issues and it arrived in about a week. They are a good company, excellent quality forks and indeed excellent prices. They are finding their way regarding delivery and overall service is kind, caring and mindful i will certainly recommend and use them again and again

My son is a musician and he loved his lyre. It's beautiful! Great sound and the craftsmanship is superb. It came perfectly packaged with care. When I thought my package hadn't arrived Healing Sounds responded immediately to my email ready to help. Turns out a neighbor had taken it inside to make sure it was safe from porch bandits. Thank you, thank you for making this buying experience perfect, kudos! I will definitely be back for more of your awesome products!

Poor customer service. I received healing sounds tuning fork set and wasn't satisfied with them. After striking them they lose there vibrations extremely quick, and no sound. Contacted support and after receiving an email of tips to try they said they would start the return process if I still wasn't satisfied, I wasn't. They then backed out of that agreement and keep trying to drag out the return. There is no way I could recommend purchasing anything from this company.

Beautiful product. Website was very informative. This helped me choose the right product for me. My crystal bowl set arrived well packaged. I reached out to customer service 2x's and received a prompt response.

I ordered an instrument from this company and received shipping information, everything seemed normal. The thing simply never arrived. I emailed the customer support and they told me they would refund me and to replace the order (which I did). Same thing happened again. It's been close to a year of me fighting tooth and nail with these scammers for them to either send the instrument OR give me my money back. Still, their money is in their pocket. I have gotten absolutely nowhere speaking to customer support. This "company" is an absolute SCAM!!! I would rate these clowns the absolute lowest possible rating if I could much lower than 1/5 stars. Quite frankly I think law enforcement needs to be investigating this place because it seems to me like A LOT of people have been scammed out their money trying to buy something here. FCK YOU healing sounds.

I received a Jade bracelet that turned out to be too small. Your rep Emma offered to replace it with the next size larger. She said the keep the one I had received. That's way beyond what I was expecting.

In January 2025 I placed an order. The shipment was not delivered to me because Healing-Sounds made a mistake in my address. The shipment returned back. I tried to reach out and ask about sending the shipment to the correct address. This was ignored. Then I asked to return the payment (made through Klarna). They confirmed that they will do a refund, but actually no refund has been received until now. NOT recommend!

Update: Emma from Customer support reached out to me wanting to fix somethings. I responded and I haven't heard back from anyone after they said they would replace the items and send me some 3 tuning forks of my choice. I sent a follow up to see if anyone has received my email and I still haven't received an reply back.

Customer support is amazing, and they get back to you quickly. Shipping was pretty fast as well. The reason my rating is 2 stars is because I was missing my free sound healing guide and carrying bag. Customer support did send me my free tuning book guide through PDF. The packing was horrible; the tuning forks weren't secured. They couldn't send me my carrying bag since it was out of stock. My tuning forks are okay quality. My tuning forks arrived scratched and scuffed up, some more than others. Some tuning forks last longer than others, no more than 10 seconds. I had to keep hitting my tuning forks, which is okay, but on their website, they said the sound was long-lasting. Lastly, two of my tuning forks were mislabeled and gave the wrong information. You will not be receiving a soul star tuning fork. The frequency is not the same as the soul star. Overall, I am excited to use my new tuning forks, but bummed out about some things.
