States fast delivery but it took over a month to arrive. The website is misleading as I'd ordered four different kits for myself and family, each kit shows a bottle of the caster oil with the kit which implies that it is included within the kit. But just the one bottle arrived. The wellness kit advertised on the website did not match the items I received and the caster oil was a lemon scented watery liquid, not oil at all. The price charged for the quality and what you actually get is extortionate. Annoyed with myself for not researching this company before buying. Recommend to all to avoid.

This “company” wants to grow by denying returns. They charge a very high restock amount of $39 that so called oil is essential oil plus water. I tried contacting customer service and no service at all. They kept saying they don’t accept returns on final price. They always have that offer. I threw in the trash. Will not grow giving cero help returning and asking for half of the total price, so the can sell again and get all back.

Product is absolutely not 100% organic castor oil, more of a liquid lemongrass soap that’s water like & foams. No accountability from the company avoid at all costs, complete fraudsters selling products that aren’t what they say.

They’re a scam!! They take your money and never ship you a product, they are not in US. They lie, products are from China but they never arrive. It’s been a month and I still don’t have anything. So frustrating! Reporting them to FB, BBB and the FTC for online fraud

This product is totally a ripoff. Not castor oil, no gifts included, and customer service sucks!!! They should refund every penny back to the customers.

I ordered two luxe wellness packs,a back wellness package, two hot/cold packs and an extra bottle of castor oil on May 17, 2025. It arrived on June 13, 2025. I noticed that the quality of the products didn't match what I ordered. This company also shorted me a bottle of oil and the free gifts that was supposed to come with the luxe packages. I called the number that came up when you Google. I was told to stop calling that it is a scam. So I emailed asking for Healo to fix the problem. They refused. I asked for a refund. Healo stopped replying. So I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Healo has twice lied to the credit card company. The first lie was that I didn't reply with the pictures they asked for. The second lie was that I didn't ask for a refund. I kept all my emails so I have proof. I am now on my third dispute. I have been dealing with this since June. I have offered to send this junk back. The recent emails from them have been like talking to AI. A complete scam. First they said I can send their product back for an in store credit. I told them I don't want any of their products. Then Healo said they don't offer refunds on promotional products. I asked what promotional product. If you go to their website it still offers the same products for the same price. This company should be shut down. I have been given the run around. They only reply just enough so they can get out of this dispute. Don't get trapped in this same nightmare.

It is a scam!! Not real castor oil, they sent me a soapy solution! They advertised that the package is coming from Canada but in reality comes from China. Missing items in my order. Took 6 weeks to arrive. Customer service is terrible. Don't waste your money, definetly not worth it.

It’s not a Castor Oil and have water plus some fragrance… I wish I had read the comments before buying it.

Unfortunately it was not as advertised. This is not 100% castor oil - it is very thin, and has a strange artificial citrus smell, and causes itching. Its a soap consistency. The wrap is also obviously not 100% organic cotton, it is clearly some kind of polyester that causes itching. I also did not receive the thyroid pack or mystery gift. Shipping took way longer than advertised, and customer care wouldn't give me any expected timeline.

Oil is not real

Not Castor Oil! I am an essential oil connoisseur and herbalist and this absolutely is NOT castor oil. It smells like dilimonine or lemon. They are selling this for half the price on Amazon, deleting comments and reviews on social media, and won't give any refunds. Do not buy! Also didn't send me the complete package

Wish I could give negative stars!! Wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering! Didn't receive the bonus items that I actually paid an extra $1 for and can't get anyone to answer my emails/contact. Oil smells like furniture polish and is watery, not like real castor oil. Who knows what it is. Wish I could stop payments since I broke them up.

1st order they sent me a cheap wrap & unbranded oil (which was actually castor oil in fairness). I had just ordered a new oil when I seen their advert showing what their wrap should actually look like - I had received one that I could have ordered off amazon much cheaper. To add insult to injury my new oil arrived (branded) & it’s lemon water! I have spent weeks going back & forward with customer services. I actually got someone to admit that what I had received was wrong & they were going to replace with correct items. This was then overruled by someone else! Avoid at all cost.

Don't put this oil on your body, I don't know what's on it but it's not pure caster oil. My nose is rarely wrong... This is some kind of lemon/lemongrass soap and is nowhere near the consistency of caster oil.
We ordered a pack of 2 for £60, the free gifts didn't arrive and the pack smelt so bad if chemicals. The leaflet is full of errors which makes me think this isn't from America at all. Save your money. Purchase Fushi oil... It's beautiful, lasts ages and a trust worth company.

We ordered the Healo Premium Wellness kit x2 which came with a thyroid kit, wellness guide and mystery gift.
We received the wellness guide by digital download the same day. The wellness kit took 2 weeks to arrive. We did not receive the thyroid kit or mystery gift.
The wraps we received appear to be well made but did have a strange disinfectant smell to them which went away after washing, however, the castor oil is definitely not 100% castor oil. As others have stated, it has a soapy detergent smell is not as thick as pure castor oil indicating it has either been diluted with something or is not castor oil at all. I have reached out the company but am still awaiting a reply.

My order arrived late and the oil they sent was sudsy and looked and smelled like dish soap. They will not refund my order. This is not castor oil...I dont know what it is.

Another person scammed! Just like the other others mentioned the castor oil is not real, super soapy and smells of fragrance. Who knows what chemicals are in there. I also didn’t receive the four bonus gifts and wouldn’t be surprised if the wrap isn’t organic. I’m gonna throw it all away.

Ordering a new handmade one from a local shop in the USA.

What a waste of money. Will make sure to check reviews before purchasing from a viral website again.

I just received their product made in China! It is NOT castor oil, it is some cheap smelling runny soapy liquid! It came in an unsealed bottle and it’s a shame that I was so easily tricked into this! DO NOT BUY!!
