Scam all the way. This is not castor oil and whatever it is should not be sold. To me this is on the line of poisoning someone. I am so disappointed.

This is a scam, placed an order and what arrived was nothing like what was advertised and now do not trust the product! They charge a restocking fee which means it's impossible to return. The website was taken down and I have made several attempts to contact them. DO NOT BUY!!!

I finally received product, but is not castor oil. It tastes like soap and suds up like soap. It is liquid not oil.

It is disheartening to encounter such deceptive practices in the market. Consumers deserve honesty and transparency in all transactions. The deliberate misrepresentation of products, including packaging, is unethical. Furthermore, the manipulation of reviews to hide negative feedback is unacceptable.

This company is the worst don't get scammed buy them buy your products local. You end up paying more in the long run.

Sent Vishmanni brand castor oil not Healo. Had to email to Heali to get them to send product after waiting for 10 days. Definitely a scam.

Just like everyone else here, I completely agree — this place is a TOTAL SCAM. I placed an order about a week ago and still haven’t received a shipping notification or tracking number. I tried to look them up online and the website no longer exists. I emailed the address listed in my order confirmation and it bounced back as undeliverable. This is 100% a fraudulent operation. I WILL be disputing this charge with my bank. Stay far away from this company. I only wish I had come across these reviews before ordering.

Omg what did I just bought......I always research of what I buy, but somehow my brain trusted this one as I always wanted to try castor oil tummy pack and this one is so well sold.... It clearly comes form China.
Nothing but foam coming from this"castor oil " I use organic virgin pressed oil on daily basis for my lashes and skin over night but this

It's a scam. No reply for inquiry, and the oil texture is like soap water, where is the oil. And it costs double than other same product.

I really should have reviewed this company sooner. I found them on Facebook, but now I can’t even leave a proper review there—convenient, right?
First of all, it took over a month to receive my order. And when it finally arrived, key items that were clearly listed—like the thyroid kit—were missing. I messaged them on Facebook… no response. Emailed them… still nothing. Yet, they’re still actively posting on Facebook as if everything’s fine. How is that even allowed?

Same as other views...the 4 free items didn't turn up. Also shipped from china and took ages to arrive. The caster oil has a scent and doesn't smell like caster oil.....it's thin and not very oily....I have no idea what it is. I've now ordered caster oil from H&B and will use the wrap with that.

I have not gotten my products and their website no longer exists.

Would give ZERO stars if I could! I ordered Healo Castor Oil pack that the website said came with a free 4 pack gift as well. Never received my order. Tried to go online to find a contact phone number or email for customer service and the website like many others have said is GONE! Pretty sure this is a SCAM! I wouldn't even want to use the product or trust it at this point.

Similar to others, ordered caster oil 3 weeks ago, nothing from company. No shipping information. Clicking links on email reveal no website anymore. Complete scam. Disputing with credit card so hopefully they dont get the money.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My order had two packages, one of which had 4 bonus items. I even paid for priority shipping insurance and my first package came 2 and half weeks after I made my order. The second package with the 4 bonus items never arrived. I emailed customer support and they said they would check on it. Now their website is completely shut down and of course there is no customer service phone number so... good luck getting a refund when they guarantee 30 day free trial. COMPLETE SCAM! Makes me wonder what's in the castor oil bottles.

0 Stars! A Scam! Do not buy! I made a purchase and received nothing after 2 months, poor responses to emails to customer service, and the website just shut down. SKIP!

Website has been shut down. Obviously some sort of scam. Have asked for a refund but no reply. When my package finally arrived half of it is missing. As for the castor oil…. I dread to think what it actually is as castor oil is not meant to smell like lemons or be fluorescent yellow. DO NOT RISK putting this on your body!!

I ordered a low back pad expecting the wrap to be able to secure accross my torso. Received a pad that had only one strap that could be secured around a human torso while the other strap on oposite end wouldn't fit accross an infant's torso. They claimed it had "recently been updated" yet are still advertising on their website an image of two straps with buckles. they recommended i supplement the strap with my own wrap to secure it on. Only good thing about this product is the material it's made out of, and i could get twice the amount of castor oil, same or better quality at a local health store 5 minutes from my house. This company is garbage, has terrible customer service and is a waste of money.

No stars preferably. I ordered a pack from them that was supposed to include 1 compress, 1 bottle of organic castor oil, instructions and a free gift. £29. They sent 2 flimsy and horrible compresses and nothing else. I have repeatedly tried to get a refund, but they are not replying to any of my emails. Total scam.
