I went to see Doctor Taylor in August after a friend recommended me. As soon as I walked in the receptionist was welcoming and straight away put me at ease, I had never spoken to anyone about having any treatment and was a bit wary to be honest, after my consultation I was most surprised as I had gone to talk about having botox and hadn't even thought about my rosacea and thread veins as I have always covered these with makeup and wouldn't have considered going without it. I had my first treatment in September and was told to expect swelling and redness which I didn't even notice, it is now November and I can honestly say its the best thing I've ever done, I don't even have to wear foundation now, I still have another 2 sessions to go so can't imagine how much better I'm going to look. I would recommend this company to anyone, and a few of my friends have had consultations and feel the same.

I visited health + aesthetics for laser hair removal. The consultation was extremely thorough and the treatments that followed were performed professionally and I felt very comfortable with both therapists that carried out the treatment. I would definitely recommend health + aesthetics for anyone looking to have laser hair removal performed.

After feeling apprehensive & slightly nervous about my first visit to the clinic Dr Tailor opened the door with a welcoming smile which put me at ease. She went through lots of options which she felt would be beneficial for me,such as how to improve my skin tone with certain products & about sun damage to my skin. We talked about my skin care regime,one I had not changed since I was in my 20's! So it was a great in depth consultation about what I could do to improve my visual appearance & have a fresher look. Dr Tailor was not at all pushy,she wrote a plan out for me & for now I went for one procedure & I've changed my skin care regime too,my face looks so much better. I will definitely be returning to the clinic & look forward to it! Great professional place,with caring staff who want you to walk out feeling fantastic!

I met Dr Tailor for the first time very recently in June. She gave me good advice on my tear troughs in terms of the dangers & suggested fillers in a lower part of my face being my cheeks to lift my face generally & has improved my eye area automatically, so just a different perspective on things. I've also been given a good skin regime which is on-going but explained it's not a quick fix but a long term strategy, which at 53 is far better for me.

I can't rate Dr Tailor and her team highly enough. First class customer service and honest advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I can't recommend this wonderful clinic enough....Dr Tailor keeps up to date with all the new treatments..there's something for everyone, she knows my skin as well as hers ! .I have been coming here for years, and use the facial creams. I wouldn't use anything else now.. They are so welcoming, and their advice is so professional, I trust their judgement completely.

This is my first time having any such treatments or advice. It was so helpful to have everything explained in detail for me by Dr Tailor in my initial consultation - she explained the type of treatments I needed and the order of treatment - but in a way that made complete sense to me.
I had my first Hydra Facial with Bianca - in truth I was not sure what to expect - but it was wonderful. Bianca was so pleasant and explained everything. The facial was so relaxing and I can honestly say that I can clearly see visible results - my daughter thought that I looked radiant - I would thoroughly recommend this treatment to anyone!

This is a fantastic clinic and highly professional service. Skin care range and advice for my Rosacea have been fantastic. The team are really friendly and highly knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to recommend

Fantastic experience with H&A in Farnham. I initially went to them to have skin tag removal. They were caring and considerate and the process was relatively painless and the results are really great. I also have tried their skincare range and I'm so pleased with the results I'm booking a follow up skin consultation to get more advice and more product. A very positive experience and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been to lots of different clinics for all types of treatments. No one has ever sat down and explained what happens as we age, the changes that take place to the skin & bones over time and what the treatments will do. I also had a skin analysis and it was explained to me.
I was advised what treatments would be best for me as an individual and in which order. Dr Tailor took time to explain, answered questions and I was given further information to read through and decide what I wanted to do. I was not pushed to have any treatments at any time.
I found Dr Tailor to be professional, patient, polite and reassuring. I would advise anyone thinking about skin treatments, botox, facial fillers, laser treatments, to have a consultation with Dr Tailor.

I visited on the recommendation of a friend who is a regular customer. Initially, I went for a consultation with Dr Tailor in which I was photographed with various types high tech machines to give an indication of the health of my skin. I understand the clinic is Dr Tailor's, and all customers see her first for consultations before her therapists do the non-medical treatments. Dr Tailor is clearly very knowledgable and passionate about her work and she gave me her honest thoughts on what treatments I could have and the benefits. There were a lot of potential treatments and some I didn't think were for me (without my frown wrinkles my family won't recognise me!), but I did opt for only a hydra-facial treatment. I've now had three of these treatments and it is obvious to me that my skin has become cleaner (particularly smaller pores). This is my first experience of this sort of service and I found the staff knowledgable, professional and very friendly.

Have been coming here for laser treatments for some time and have always found the girls here lovely and helpful and I was always pleased with my results.
I decided to book for some Botox/fillers and had a unfortunate encounter with Dr Taylor. She was extremely rude, abrubt and quite frankly totally unprofessional. So much so I walked out of my appointment as I was not prepared to be treated by someone who was prepared to talk to a client like. She was annoyed that I had been booked in for longer than I needed despite me saying I didn't know how long I had been booked in for. Her only concern was that she had 'lost business because of me' and that she could have seen two other clients in the space that was scheduled for me ( not sure how that's my fault) then went on and on how she charges for her time.. by then I got up and left. Her only concern seemed to be money and pushing treatments on me I didn't want. When I said no she wasn't happy. Anyway I have now booked into a Harley street clinic and will never go back again.
Don't like leaving bad reviews but this was possible one of the worst experiences I've had.

Friendly, honest and professional at all times, I have found all of the team at H&A wonderful and my treatment are going really well. Very happy customer!

Lovely clinic and lovely staff. I have tried so many different skin products over the years but nothing seems to get rid of the scaring, pigmentation etc. As I turn 30 this year I want to feel better about myself and more confident about the way I look so decided to visit health + aesthetics for some advice. I came away with the ZO Skin Health products to try and after 3 weeks I can already see a difference! This week I'll be introducing another of the products and I can't wait to see the outcome in 4 weeks when I go back for a review with Hannah. Really pleased I went for that initial consultation and I can't wait to see the difference after 6 months as I think it will be significant!

I was very nervous about having treatment but all the staff here were amazing and very caring. Everything was perfectly explained in a compassionate way. The treatment itself was as described and done incredibly professionally. Highly recommended.
