Healthcare Abroad took on all our practical needs and filled them. When there were extra needs during our treatment they went above and beyond to make sure we weren’t alone dealing with them. The administrative staff and the drivers also fill the roles of carers and interpreters, patiently and kindly. I cannot see how anyone could be anything but happy with this company.

From start to finish everything taken care of brilliant staff

I recently traveled to Denia from Ireland for my op. The whole experience was very good and easy. I got collected from the airport and all the staff I met along the way were brilliant. The level of care was very good and I would highly recommend this to anyone considering it.

I was in terrible pain with my gall bladder for over 12 months and taking pain management medication daily. Due to the extensive wait time in Ireland to be treated for my issue I contacted Healthcare Abroad.
My experience from initial contact of enquiry with Chris, Debbie and Siobhán has been incredible.
Rosa, my liaison person in the hospital, took care of everything i.e.appointments, paperwork, translations and keeping my husband updated when I was an inpatient. Her care of me and attention to detail post surgery as well as aftercare support was invaluable.
Dave the driver who transported me from the hotel to the hospital was so considerate and put me totally at ease.
Dr. Roldán was my surgeon in Vithas Xanit
Hospital, Benalmadena. I am now six weeks post surgery and have regained my quality of life because of the HealthcareAbroad.EU team.
From my initial contact to surgery date was one week - I have so much gratitude for being pain free and I cannot recommend them enough!

Everything about my experience with Healthcare abroad was positive, from the first phonecall to the care I received in hospital and back at the hotel. The driver's couldn't do enough for me and any questions I had were answered straight away. Katarina checked in with me every day to see how I was doing after my surgery and making sure I had everything I needed. I cannot recommend Healthcare abroad enough, their attention to detail was absolutely brilliant.

From start to finish, the quality of care was exceptional. Everyone I dealt with from my initial phone call to HCA, the drivers, hospital staff, surgeon, anaesthetist and administration were incredibly kind, caring and helpful.

My journey started with contacting Healthcare Abroad, my first contact was Brian who reassured me straight away that it was possible to have my cataracts done in Spain. From then on it was full on with getting my medical records together. Sandra was very helpful and made it easy for me to have my doctor sign off on papers. Paul helped me with my travel times and hotel booking. Sandra for looking after our paperwork for the doctors. Frankie met us at the airport, hotel was excellent, John and Adam were so helpful to get us to the hospital every day and looked after our individual needs so wel. Call greeted us at the hospital with ways a smile on her face. Amy was fantastic as well. I can't thank our Surgeon Javier for giving me back my eyesight. My quality of seeing properly again is unbelievable. I will certainly highly recommend Valencia for Healthcare Abroad. If I have left out anybody please forgive me. Your all a brilliant team.

It was our third time using healthcare abroad and once again the whole service and experience was excellent from start to finish. Completely stress free!! A big thankyou to all the staff and drivers. The medical treatment and care was amazing. I would 110% recommend healthcare abroad.

From my 1st phone call to actually arriving in Spain , everything was organized for us. I was very nervous but the HCA team were so good at answering any questions we had. There was only 1 blip, which was at the 1st surgical consultation at the hospital. The surgeon spoke to me as if I was having a repaired shoulder op, so was very surprised when I told him I was in fact for Full Shoulder Replacement. All was corrected & fully explained later that day at the hotel by Dr Rohit. Only other complaint I would have was the hospital food. It was appalling. Not conducive to healing after surgery . I will most definitely be recommending HCA when I return home. Thanks again to an amazing team you have built Chris . 5*****

Healthcare Abroad team was fantastic from start to finish. I had a breast reduction surgery in Spain and i cant recommend Healthcare team enough also the clinic which the healthcare team suggested. Doctors and nurses were amazing and after care was 100%.
If you are on the waiting list in Ireland for any treatment contact the Healthcare Abroad and you won't be waiting any more.

From the moment I rang healthcare abroad they had been nothing but helpful. I first spoke with Siobhan and having been so desperate with my condition deteriorating I phoned a few times, she was so understanding and explained it won't be long before somebody is in touch and seemed to have sped up the process as she knew how much pain i in. I was suffering from a case of severe endometrosis. I then received a phone call from Chris and couldn't get over how much he done for me to get me over to Madrid for surgery as soon as he could and followed up with a phone call after surgery to see how I was. So fast, professional and caring, I really can't get over the service. Im sure all the staff are great but in my experience I'm so grateful having to have dealt with Siobhan and Chris.
Javier picked me up from the airport and brought me to and from all of my appointments and is bringing me back to the airport tomorrow for my flight home. Having him meant I didnt have to worry about where to go and he had me at every appointment on time. I had to go to Madrid and the surgeon Dr.Lucas Minig was nothing but outstanding. His caring nature and expertise in endometriosis, again made me feel safe and at ease.
I feel hopeful that I won't need another surgery in the future but if I do I'll be using healthcare abroad again and will be returning to Madrid to Dr. Minig in lyx urology hospital.

My name is Geraldine Devlin I went to have my operation in Spain it was the best thing I ever did. The surgery nurse's staff were so helpful even the drivers how drive you to the hospital and back to your hotel they are all the Healthcare Abroad team and they are BRILLIANT. My advice to get yourself over to the Healthcare Abroad team. Why WAIT JUST GO.

I was amazed at the speed and efficiency of the whole process.

Rosa, Kelsey and David where amazing so helpful nothing was to much trouble to them. The hospital and physio was efficient and of great benefit to my recovery. The hotel was of a high standard throughout. Overall I am completely satisfied with all areas of my stay and surgery. Rosa made this difficult time so much more easy, and Dave is beyond great.

Was so apprehensive about having Surgery abroad but the experience was so much better than what I expected.
