I am from out of town and was able to order it and get it the next day

Ordered 4 cast boots. Two medium. Two large. Received 1 large. Days later received 1 medium. Then nothing. Contacted customer service and they said be over 3 weeks for delivery and they encouraged me to just cancel order. Very poor service.

Had issues with equipment I purchased, took it back next day, and they were great and very helpful.Showing me what we did wrong, so polite,didn’t make me feel silly.

On January 30th, 2025 I purchased a 55lb kettlebell from Healthcare Solutions. There was no indication on the website at the time of purchase that the item was out of stock. The order confirmation email indicated a 24-hour processing time.

As of February 7th, 2025, I have not received any shipping notification or updates about my order. As a result, I contacted customer service by phone to inquire about the status of my purchase. During the call, I was informed the item is currently out of stock. I was offered the option to backorder the item, with an estimated delivery time to the warehouse of 2 to 3 weeks. This does not include shipping to my house

My experience with this order has been extremely frustrating. The lack of proactive communication regarding the stock issue, the discrepancy between the stated processing time and the actual availability of the purchased product, and the fact there was no indication on the website that the kettlebell was out of stock has been inconvenient, especially as this was intended as a birthday gift. I am also left wondering whether I would have even been informed about the stock issue had I not contacted customer service myself.

I am sharing my experience so that other potential customers are aware of the possibility of delays and the need to contact customer service for order updates. I hope that Healthcare Solutions can improve its communication practices regarding order fulfillment, product availability on their website, and overall customer service.

The people on the floor are very knowledgeable and helpful when you go in to the store. There are so many products that can help you in your day, you must go in and look around the store. I also have great service when I call in to order. Great store and staff.
