Great company, good website, product arrives super fast and correct

Good products, good customer care, good prices and availability in Canada.

Order was promised to be delivered by Christmas. It still is not here, nor have I received a call back from my two calls to enquire.

I have a standing order every two months and yet in the past almost two years it has not been ready when I come by, and inevitably need to make a return trip a few days to a week later. On the plus side the staff are always friendly and as helpful as they can be.

I was expertly fitted with compression stockings that were backordered and delivered in a timely manner.

This company is a family run business. When you call and place an order they tell you they have the products. Really? I waited 2 weeks for the bulk of my order. I don't know who is in the purchasing department but they don't have their act together. It's always a blame game. If I could order from another company I would have long ago.

It was a fast and easy way to start my weight loss journey. The medical staff was great right off the bat. If you are looking to lose weight definitely give this a try.

I was there yesterday, July 29th, to pick up my order (stockings). I waited for 45-50 minutes. There was only one staff but was busy with a customer. Later on there was a line up of 4 customers, no staff available. Finally a customer rang the bell, a staff showed up. I told her I would like to pick up my stockings. She said "did someone call you?" I said no, she said "if no one called, it won't be here". However, she checked and indeed my stockings was in. No smile nor I am sorry for waiting comments, I feel she is not happy with so many customers waiting. Your store sign says respect is much appreciated, we appreciate a little respect from your staff too. The first staff should have asked for another help when she knew there was 4 customers waiting. I then went to buy a toilet seat commode, the lady and the gentleman (he said he is a new employee) who assisted me were nice and pleasant. Your other staff should take a lesson from these two excellent employee

My wife and myself visited the north end location today looking for compression socks for my wife. We were both quite pleased with the service supplied by Zuleiha. Zuleiha spent a lot of time with my wife finding and fitting her for the socks. She also helped her choose a device to use in putting the socks on. We found her very knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. Based on this experience we recommend this location.

I stopped at the Healthcare Solutions North store to get information about walkers. From the moment i walked in i was helped immediately by LOVE and WADEEMA . They were very knowledgeable of what would suit me and showed me various walkers . Then CHANTAL fitted me and gave me all the info required info for me to proceed to purchase the walker! I was extremely surprised as to the level of excellence in customer service by this 3 ladies! They never pressured me and provided me with a great relaxed shopping experience ! Great place !!
