Good Customer Service
Upon entering your north side store, about 4:00 pm, I was greeted by a friendly and pleasant employee, named Tabarak. She was very helpful and answered all my questions and more, regarding pressurized stockings. It was not the correct time to be measured for stockings and she suggested that I come back in the morning before 11:00 am. It was my first time visiting the store, and Tabarak made me feel comfortable and important as a customer.

I went to healthcare solutions looking for a wrist brace Aug. 23/22 and received assistance from Megan. She found the braces and I tried on 2 different ones. Megan stayed and helped me try them on until I made a decision and was satisfied with the product. Megan was very patient and helpful.

Went to get products at Health Solutions Edmonton Northgate. Chantal served me. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Explain how the products work and had a great sense of humour. Excellent person to deal with. Enjoyed the experience very much. Made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Think twice before placing order with HS
Placed order with HS, paid online but they fail to ship items. Keep sending me mails that item out of stock and back-order. I don't understand why they announce item if they don't have stock. Very unreliable

Good prices, wide variety of items, fast shipping.
Great selection of items at cheaper prices than local places, and there were sales and a surprising discount. The shipment arrived in 2 days! Which was half the time I expected, and it was nicely packaged. Loved the experience, will be looking through the catalog if needed in the future!
