I went to the Northside health solutions and was greeted by Belise. A very personable employee who did a great job helping me. She found the product I wanted and the bonus thing was they put the item together. This really helps because assembling products as you get older gets harder to do. If you go to this store that's the girl to ask for.

Do not respond answer my emails about their rejuvenation patches causing me to become groggy and which heath authorities have approved their products including Doctors

I went to the Edmonton south store looking for compression socks and walking cane.
I met the first sales staff but she was not helpful at all. I kept looking at the compression socks and another staff Manila asked if I needed any help.
She could not find my old records but measured my size again. She was very patient in helping me in the selections. Since there was none in my size , she ordered 2 pairs of compression socks for me and advised that the order will be shipped to me upon arrival. Unlike the previous staff , Manila assisted me to get my walking cane
I truly appreciate the good service from Manila.

oh my dear god what a nightmare at healthcare solutions –they picked up the mobility scooter in dec and still has it claiming now in march-mar 5 2024-claiming they are still waiting for parts which is bull hockey because wcb told me they were trying to get them to buy me a new scooter which wasn’t the request –the request was to fix the existing scooter but instead they wanted wcb to pay for a new one- and after that got cleared up they blocked my phone number so I couldn’t phone for updates anymore- the one who cut my number off from communication was Tamera the wcb person at healthcare solutions so i immediately removed the scooter and ordered them to drop it off just down the road from them at gateway power sports do not trust these people with anything because they have their own agendas while lying into your eyes heart and mind.

Having hip surgery at the end of this month. I needed help locating in home equipment for my care. Spoke to a very nice girl named Megan. What a friendly and helpful girl. She located everything I needed with a call back after checking to see if they have everything I needed. Kudos to you Megan and your charming personality. Great experience.

The company could improve by answering the phone in a timely manner. We been on hold for as long as 20 minutes...we have called multiple times and we're able to speak to a person twice. This person said another person handled c paps for sleep apnea...that was a month ago. My husband has NOT had the equipment he needs to sleep safely. Still waiting...

The customer service on phone is pathetic. I called two times even after 40 minutes, no response.

Ordered a stethoscope online and picked it up in store.Friendly staffs!😊
Browsed instore and went home with items that I need in case of emergency!

Recently I purchased a Dash Ultra-lite power wheelchair by Travel Buddy and my Product Consultant Darius Chaves at Edmonton South was knowledgeable, positive, pleasant and very helpful.

I have visited the South location in Edmonton multiple times and have been helped by Whitney a few times. She is always very helpful, caring and friendly and does everything in her power to always help you. She is wonderful!

I went to the north gate healthcare solution hoping to get a new remote for my chairleft I was their about three hours the two women who work at customer service were very unprofessional to each other, so I ignored it I want it to find out about the remote the customer service person that was waiting on me don’t seem to know what she was doing but at the end said my remote would take seven days that was on 19 July on 28 July. I got a call from her saying the remote was in but I couldn’t get to Northgate to pick it up until the weekend later due to work. By by the the time I got there they knew nothing about it, so today I get a call from North gate, healthcare solution, saying that it isbgoing to cost me to replace the remote I got mad I was told it was covert and that they knew nothing about the order. Now I have to wait again. Home care solutions don’t know what the right hands doing with the left hand very unprofessional. so now I have a chair that I can't use and that the chair is ONLY 6 months old they installed it they set it up. All I did is sit in the chair and play with the remote until it got pinched by the chairlift and stop working. I am so frustrated over this.

Darrell that works for healthcare solutions in Washington PA is the best that I’ve seen. He turned a bad situation into something that can be very delightful. If he’s truthful his word which is to happen on Monday I will be so most grateful. Darrell is the best DARYL

I was impressed with the excellent service received today. I was politely greeted by Jessica at Healthcare Solutions in Edmonton North. Jessica was knowledgeable about compression stockings. She educated me on how to put on the stockings and look after the them. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. I will definitely continue to go shop there for my health care needs. Thank you Jessica.

I had immediate service and a technician came out by the name of Darrin, Extremely knowledgeable and experienced .He was able to Educate me about the chair and gave me Educational instruction. Victoria B. was knowledgeable about the products and measured the equipment for tryouts. She filed the forms and did not send me to do tasks another employee described. "Go to the back desk and fill out the forms." Wrong.. Victoria completed the form in conjunction with the Prescription from the Occupational therapist. We left with the walker and bathtub support ready to use.

Employee, Dada Chinwe, greeted me at Health Solutions Northside location. She was friendly and very helpful and found what I was looking for quickly. Dada answered all of my questions. My visit was efficient and pleasant thanks to Dada.

Had an excellent experience at Healthcare Solutions (Northgate), can’t say enough about Tavayne’s service. Needless to say, Healthcare Solutions is very lucky to have an employee who cares so much on their team. With aging parents I will definitely be back & hopefully get to deal with her again.

I was at the Southside Healthcare Solution this afternoon looking for more information about walker, bath tube bench, supporting pole and bath room support bar.
I was very impressed with the services provided to me by WHITNEY, one of the ladies at Customer Services in the store. Whitney was very friendly, pleasant and patient. Most importantly she is very knowledgeable about the items I was looking for. She compared and explained different functions on different models of items I was looking for ..... from that I can tell she is not only knowledgeable but very experienced lady in what she is doing. After talking to her today, we have decided to go to see her again on Monday to place our order of the items we were looking for. Thanks again Whitney for your kind help and super services. See you on Monday !
