Placed a pretty big order for the first time 10 days ago. Still not arrived, Hermes tracking number provided but they still haven’t received any parcel. Chased up via chat & email and no response to either of those. If I haven’t heard anything back today I will be opening a case with PayPal. Concerned it isn’t a legitimate organisation?

Refunded via PayPal in the end, goods still hadn’t been despatched 12 days after ordering.

I have ordered top branded products from this company twice, and I feel they offer very good value. Once for Meridian almond butter and another time for FSC e vitamin cream. Delivery has taken between 5 and 7 days, which is fine for me. I am happy to buy again, the only problem is that my Norton antivirus keeps on flagging this site, so I suggest you look into the settings of your website. Regards.

I placed an order for toca honey on 23rd February and so far I haven’t received the delivery even though their website says that delivery is made within 2-4 days. I have messaged them but haven’t received a response back either. I will never shop with them again. They’ve provided a Hermes tracking number but Hermes haven’t received the package yet.

the review would have been better if it hadnt taken about 10 days to deliver!

EIGHT DAYS ON THE PARCEL IS DISPATCHED! WHERE IS IT?

I have not received the order yet nearly 3 weeks ago

Products have arrived and I am just going to start taking. Hermes took longer than expected. However this was down to them and not Healthclick

Delayed delivery. I ordered items on 20th February - delivery was supposed to be 2-4 days. On tracking my items, it appears that - as at 1st March - the package is not even with Hermes yet. It was misleading to indicate prompt delivery.

2 to 4 days no way applicable delivery driver just dumped parcel on doorstep and ran away. As a Welshman living in Surrey i do not have the time to get to Swansea market at 6am on a Saturday to get fresh laver bread dont think i will order from here again........

Changed my review from 2 stars to 4.

Although the company lack communication and dispatched my goods in slow time, everything finally arrived and very well packaged.

EDIT: Double check your orders. I realises 2 items were missing and contacted the company, to be told they were discontinued. Still awaiting klarnas corrected final invoice.

I purchesed items on 02/01/22, my parcel has not arrived. Poor comunication, no update about my purchase. I still have neither been refunded nor have my oredred items.

Fabulous product and price, swift and efficient delivery.

This company has scammed me. They charged me but never sent the goods and never replied to my emails. I will have to report it as a crime to action fraud.

Ordered items early December - a couple were meant to be Christmas gifts. Nothing arrived after 2 weeks so emailed them and was assured it would be fine. Still nothing arrived. After sparse communication, I received most of the order 6 weeks later mid-January, and a small discount as an apology, but I am still waiting for the last item 9 weeks later. Now I am not receiving any emails from them. Cannot find any other contact details.

EDIT: After this review, I have heard from Healthclick and they did refund me for the missing item, so I am happy to revise the review.

I had a problem with the delivery company losing my order but Jack at Health Click has been very helpful at getting this sorted for me.

I look forward to receiving the order very soon.

The tuna fish tins arrived in good time and were well packed. The fish itself is of good quality but has a slight taste to it that is different from tins I've used before - hence the four stars.

I did wait around 3 weeks however there was an issue with my order and after receiving an email from them it was finally resolved. My delivery came yesterday and they even threw in some freebies for the inconvenience. Customer service was really good from the lady I was speaking with over email.

The shipping standard says 2-4 days. I purchased my Panettone on the 22nd December and it wasn't shipped until 4th January! Regardless of that I actually emailed to cancel the order on 31st December, as I needed it for that evening as a birthday cake. Heard nothing back.
I am aware that there were extra bank holiday days in between, but there were still 4 working days available for the delivery to arrive by/on 31st ...
I also emailed them on the day it arrived to query the delivery and still haven't heard back from them.
Heard back, they were very apologetic as covid had affected staffing and it was extra busy just before Christmas. Refunded my postage as a gesture of good will. 👍🏻
