Have been buying health supplements from Health Click for some time, always a fast and efficient service even during the lockdowns

Very pleased with the product and the service. I will definitely use them for future orders.

Put a reasonably large order in expecting delivery in 2- 4 working days. Got no delivery or delivery info after a week had gone by. Had to spend significant more time trying to find a contact telephone number as none on their website. Did finally get an apologetic response and the order turned up 2 days later. Not reliable enough a supplier to use again.

The products is quality.
Packaging needs to improve as the box was half opened on transit.

Delivery was quicker compared to my first and second orders.

Next time try to include all ordered items in one box if possible.

My capsules were delivered very quickly, I can’t really tell how much benefit I am getting from them yet as it has been less than a month, so time will tell.
I intend to continue with them for the foreseeable future, so fingers crossed.

Rather a lot of packaging for two small jars of tablets. Unnecessary 'This way up' labelling on the box as well, as nothing to leak whatever way up.

Absolutely rubbish I placed an order on 25th March still waiting, and paid 3.99 delivery, rip off. Have left 2 messages and no reply from you. Terrible service will not be ordering again.

Getting through the wonderful Comfrey Oil that is helping to ease the pain from bruising caused by a fall. Delivery was very prompt.

I placed an order on 24th February and so far I haven’t received the delivery, despite their website says that the items will be delivered within 2-4 days. I have sent an email with a gentle reminder to them on 1st March but haven’t received any response yet. I will never shop anything from them again.

This company is a real scammer. I never received my order. They kept making excuses that due to the pandemic, their staff were off sick although the pandemic is now over. They never refunded me and just ignored me. I had to go to my bank to get my money back. Even then they had the audacity to lie and said they had sent me the goods. Very audacious scammers. Avoid at all costs!

Yes we found Healthclick after searching for quite sometime for the suppliment for our elderly daughter..it's a suppliment she finds helps with her MS..it's allways increased in price so it's vital we look for the best deals around..
