I had an appointment within 1 hour of making the call. I missed the first call, but was delighted the doctor rang me a second time
The doctor was excellent I felt listened to and not rushed . Very good service that I use again and again..I highly recommend, no delays and no money involved.

Great to be at the comfort of your home…
Great to be at the comfort of your home and be reviewed by a clinician. Also very helpful especially when there is no immediate slot for an appointment to see the Gp.
Also there was no delay in being called by the clinician for the online review and he was very attentive to listen to all my complaints and then gave his advice and send prescriptions to my pharmacy which sorted out the medical issue

An Excellent Service
An excellent first experience and I would use again. The service was fast and I had no issues collecting my prescription from my chosen pharmacy. The service was also very good value compared with the cost of visiting a G.P.

At HealthHero, we are responsible for the provision of the GP service, as well as any administrative follow-up related to prescriptions issued to a nominated pharmacy. However, for legal reasons and to maintain a strict separation between prescribers and dispensers, we rely on pharmacies to dispense medications in a safe and compliant manner.
While we do our best to work closely with pharmacy partners, we have limited control over their internal processes and service delivery. That said, we take feedback like yours seriously and will continue to engage with them to help improve the overall patient experience.

Consultation Lacked Depth and Guidance
The consultation didn’t fully meet my expectations. I would have appreciated more engagement, a clearer understanding of my needs, and some guidance on how to use the product. The call felt a bit rushed, which made the experience less helpful than I had hoped.

Good Experience
It was an excellent consultation with the doctor who advised me on how to continue my weight loss treatment here in Dublin, since I had already started the treatment in Brazil and needed to continue. He understood all my points, answered my questions, and gave me the necessary prescription to proceed.
